This is the best year for emotos. Compared to last year when most bikes were 60V and required a ton of money to upgrade, this year we are getting super beasts out of the box that we no longer need to upgrade. Amazing. I now want Talaria to catch up and release MX5 Turbo or whatever. Its 13.5kW is already obsolete even though it's an amazing e-bike.
Suspension: More rear-spring preload would help keep the front wheel from coming up so easily and quickly. You can visibly see the rear-end 'squatting', when the power goes on hard. That takes the weight-bias off the front end and transfers it to the rear, so the front wheel pops up. Which is why it also pops up in eco-mode, which should not happen, and indicates the rear spring and compression damping is set too soft. Stiffening the rear spring can greatly reduce that pitching up as the rear squats down. An increase in rear compression damping should also reduce the speed at which the spring can compress like that, to induce the rear 'squatting'. Anytime you increase power (and speed) in any vehicle, you need to adjust the suspension, to cope with its destabilizing effect. The suspension setup on these pre-production versions was not adjusted to cope with the higher-power's instability and improve the bike's handling. You have to make the rear stiffer but still compliant and firm (not hard juddering or sharp-edged bouncing). Where the dirt cornering demo occurred the rear-end was squatting badly when the power came on during exit stage, which lightened the front wheel's contact with the dirt, which reduced cornering traction and steering control and feel. You can see that he lost confidence in the front pretty quickly. Over-powering the rear with too much torque did the rest. He parked the SR in the corner then squirted out, because the suspension setup just could not handle it (even though he had the right tires for a fast corner and exit). So it appears again to be mostly suspension adjustment, and tuning the throttle response and power level. I would soften the throttle curve onset and maybe reduce power.
The Altis is still better than the eride pro sr. Its more user friendly (with its screen and settings which can help a beginner), has very similar specs but achieves a faster speed if you compare how far they can go there nearly identical. hairpin motor which is automotive standard, plus the 98v which you cant sleep on. that's from what we know I'm curious to see a comparison video between the two.

Question: Why did the rear brake line fluid, on the 3.0, become pressurized? There was nowhere left for the heated fluid to expand into? So why was the other 3.0 not affected in the same way? There was a lower level of brake fluid in the other 3.0. I suspect the pads were already dragging on the first 3.0, which heated the pads, pistons, caliper and disk. The hot caliper then overheated and expanded the fluid, which increased the pressure in the line, until the pads were pressed on the disk more firmly, until it heated even more and locked the brake solid. If a rider also holds the brake lever on while stopped, that would accelerate the heating of the fluid in the overheated caliper, and increase the pressure rapidly. Given the second 3.0 was not affected in the same way, I suspect that checking the pads are not dragging and that the fluid in the reservoir is not overfilled, should remedy this. Carry a tool that can relieve the pressure in reservoir without cutting the line. I would check the rear disk for warp, and replace the pads, because their backing glue was cooked, which can lead to the pad material braking away from the backing plate. The SR real wheel-lock looks like either motor calibration not right, or the regen brake lever needs calibration, or both.
Do these register in California as electric motorcycles? Or Electric bicycle, no reg/DMV required? Or off Road only? How is insurance? Miles of riding o a charge? How long to recharge? Seem very fun.

Small complaint with this channel I love dearly. Please stop calling them ebikes, they're not, they're electric dirt bikes

@@Rawstuntz hahaha but it wouldn’t be as fun with out you homie
You should make a second channel where you just post videos of you riding
Do these register in California as electric motorcycles? Or Electric bicycle, no reg/DMV required? Or off Road only? How is insurance? Miles of riding o a charge? How long to recharge? Seem very fun.
Hey Surronster I have been saving money for a little over a year now. I have finally saved up around 5 grand a little less. Would you recommend getting the SS 3.0 I am looking for a bike to have fun with but also be able to go fast I am a beginner when it comes to powerful e bikes and was wondering if this bike would be a good bike to buy and make sure it isn’t going to break on me the first week of using it. I love your videos
Bro forgot that his fastest bike is the varg 7:20
Pretty sure that's considered a different class, I think.
@@da_great_dane1484 he never said what class he just said my fastest bike
@@SotosVhe also said besides the stark lol
He specified class multiple times, the varg is a motocross bike 👍🏻
Yes but, the stark varg is the fastest bike in the moto class but he said the e-ride pro sr is the fastest bike in the e-bike class
Whoever is dying to be surronster 😢
Same wish i was rich....god i hate rich people
@@Purge_Punk_Hyena_1999you wish you were what you hate 😂 what. Just be rich
@@Soeks77 so money just grows out of trees these days rich kids💀
@@FlyingApeKid no I worked hard for years and I now make 100-120k a year as a first officer at 26 👌 eventually or in around 4-5 years, I’ll be making around 350-450k per year starting as a captain. When I was younger, I saved up for 4-5 months before I could get my first motorcycle which was a Gen 2 mt-09, which was around 4000 dollars at the time. Point is with work and intelligence you can get whatever you want. Just takes time
What about a electric ATV
LOVE YOUR VIDS BRO . everyday after school I always watch your old vids and new ones and I can’t get enough your content is so good. It’s like a drug bro 😂. Keep up the good work SUR RONSTER 🙏
I'm on my motorcycle learners, trying to get my full license after riding e-scooters for over two years (recently got a cheapo ebike to get me through since i used my scooter to death again) and seeing your videos is making me really want to get a bike like the surrons and talarias q:
Only problem with that is the laws here are way stricter regarding ebikes and PEVs
1 k likes he buy me a surron 1:00
Lil bro😭🙏
in your dreams
Get a job
Ur making a dealership/ website?! I cant wait!!
Bro, the star varg is the fastest bike you have 7:20
thats what i was thinking
Another great review
Bro we're all rooting for you
Good luck with the new venture
you absolutely need to do a carwow testing methodology, like, 3 drag races, one roll race, and one brake test
I am so excited to see your new company build up. I wish you the best and have a long run.
I love it : 180 lbs is heavy. I’m used to riding a KTM 790 on trails like that… 180 lbs sounds like a feather…
imagine it on a wind swept mountaintop.

I honestly wish I could get an e-bike, but my family has financial problems, but I'm sure one day I will achieve my dream of getting an e-bike. Your content is the reason I wanna get one, so thank you 😊
