Also they know why they are doing things albeit with a few flaws in reasoning. True though people from gen z who are more interested have better organized and we'll informed knowledge and reasoning of things but things like context does matter a lot and for that we cannot understand it through any textual scriptures or make that up with our own mind this is where our previous generations come in

As an early Gen-Z I've only observed that the generations that precede us, especially Gen-X have a lot of unresolved generational trauma and an extreme lack of self awareness. They're too egoistic and hate to admit their own wrongs. Boomer and GenX men have been busy trying desperately to be the patriarch of the family while the boomer/Gen-X women keep propagating the patriarchy and speak ill of any woman who doesn't live by the patriarchal norms.
While Gen-X are better than boomers in terms of dealing with generational trauma, patriarchy, relationships and parenting challenges; there's still a significant amount left to be sorted out.
One thing I like about Gen Z is the fact that they aren't willing to work in their workplace beyond their working hours. It's great and commendable. (I work in Indiapost and I don't stay in office beyond 6pm even if asked)

I think you are right ,genz is not that bad, infact no generation is totally bad , every generation has positives and negatives what we need is to analyze what is right and wrong and adopt good things and remove bad ones.

Being born in 2006, feels so proud to hear this. Now I understood why I understand the evolving technologies pretty easily and with a lot of productivity tools, like notion, also make it quirky for us to schedule our day, as well as our goals for the future.
what i love most about our generation they are more open minded than the previous generations. genz adopt new technology as well as new ideas. and other than this they do not really have a thing for interrupting in other's lives. and yes definetly not every genz is like that because it depends on person that who he or she wants to do or wants to become , the age does not matter. so people needs to see both the side of genz instead of calling them the worst generations. there are a lot of social concerns that are brought up only by the new gen and society should appreciate that.

I feel like there are two parts of Gen Z, the early Gen Zs who were born before 2003/2004 and the late Gen Zs. As technology is moving so fast, it's very hard to categorize an entire generation with that long period. The early Gen Zs got exposed to tech from 12/14 years age at least in India, and and the later one they got exposed to tech from age 5(class 1) and there is a drastic change in their behaviour. While the early Gen Z was interested in tech and wanted to explore and learn more about it, leading the previous generation into a technology world(cause we got a glimpse what was world without technology). The late Gen Z thought it's normal to have technology in hand and think they are the best and older generations don't understand technology. You can find a lot of chapris and tiktokers (from India) from the late Gen Z people while very less from early Gen Z ones

Its all about our perception to see things. All about how people move forward, adapt and learn to use the times to the best of their abilities. For person like me whos part of genz, might have been caught up in few wrong trends of genz earlier but now thinking of new ideas and possibilities that are possible in times today. If we think productively and constructively the possibilities are endless. Though genzs need to learn how to curb the cons and bad influences in our times. All I understand is how Our youth is guided. If they arent guided well they will go into the wrong and bad influence trends, if guided well they gonna change the outlook of others around them in a good way. Also one thing genz really need to be guided upon is focusing on their uniqueness and what value they can bring rather than comparing with others.

Being a millennial, I can see that gen z are the first generation in years who are again coming back to original indian roots. Everything that the video is praising about gen z is actually core indian culture. Veganism, intermittent fasting, physical and mental wellness, live in, love marriage everything. In reality for the last 300-400 years, India was a very confused country regarding identity due to introduction of different cultures.

We has no control in our past or future but we has control in our actions in present .

Bhai ..I am more like last generation in my mindset.. but I am from Gen - Z .... I don't live in any big citys and always been living in rural part... Except tech .. relationships , emotions, rat race is exactly like last generation.. I gess .. it's more in Citys ... But I know I am wrong.
