  • We've planned out some solo drills in preparation for future lock downs.
    There will be a series of solo drills that you can combine into a 8 to 9 minute drill workout.
    In this video, we have the next 3 drills that you can combine with the previous video (BJJ | Solo drills with heavy bag - 1).
    Rep range: 10 reps (5 reps on the left/5 reps on the right)
