    Boho Beautiful is hands down the best yin yoga you can find on RUclips, period. Buuut goodness she does not stop talking! Even this one, where she said she'd give us silence, she kept going for a while before finally falling silent. It made it very hard for me to focus, so I was a little stressed until about halfway through.
    That being said, I'll still keep coming back because, like I said, she has the absolute BEST yin yoga videos! What a great assortment, a wide range of interesting poses, great body part focuses, etc. Magical.

    This is the second time I abruptly started crying from one of your videos. I realized that the pain I felt was not from straining myself but from recalling the memories in my childhood. Nurture and mending was not a part of my family unit, growing up so I feel really grateful for this space to heal and mend so deeply.Thank you

    Ohhh I love the this - perhaps an even longer period of silence once we are settled into a pose? with limited guidance and just a few cues given at the beginning of the pose.... Not that I don't find Juliana's voice ever so calming ! 😊

    I love everything about your videos.     That was so lovely. I’ve been having some really intense sharp pains in my right hip on cold mornings… I’m not even that old! Lol… but I did slip out of my yoga practice, because well… Life! I realize that not taking care of myself is what’s causing me pain, and if I want to keep doing the work I am doing I gotta take care of this beautiful vessel that my soul resides in. I used to be really hardcore… Workout, run, play soccer, and do yoga nearly everyday. I realize now that being so intense pushed me away from it, and I went the opposite direction. Now, I seek balance. No wonder my hips are cranky… They need balance!
    Anyways, I’m gonna keep working on these hips, and keep enjoying these wonderful flows. Thanks for being gentle on me! Lol I really need something like this right now.

    I can experience the strength of my mind during these exercises and that my mind can control my body in ways i can never imagine, like is said in one of the other videos. My breath and the calming voice telling me to let go is helping me to trust my body and to let go the fear and thoughts that my body is not able to do the exercise or that i cannot come out of it anymore. I it amazing what my body then can do. Thank you so much for guiding me through this process. This is so much more than yoga. Like in other videos is said, i experience a release of emotions. Through the postures they come up and i can let them go (mainly grief). That is such a big release! Thank you again for these Yin yoga lessons! They mean a lot to me in this moment.

    This practice was exactly what I needed after an emotional, heavy Sunday. I must admit to have cried at the last Yin pose. I guess this is what they mean with "releasing emotional tension in your hips". Thank you, Juliana!

    Juliana you are fantastic!! I don’t know why I really felt this practice and make me feel so liberated and filled with joy. And I don’t know why either but I started crying a lot at the very end at Namaste, it never happened to me before. I felt so good with this.     I think this is one of my favorite yin classes. I loved the postures that helped me releasing the tension and I've also appreciated a lot the meditative part, so holding the postures in silent, just listening to the relaxing music and our breath. I send you all my love🙏🏻💛

    Thank you so much , again, a lovely practice. I'm grateful that I can do the poses , because I have advanced stage cirrhosis of the liver, passed at birth. I'm waiting to get on the transplant list. My yogi skills have depressed, because I'm sick but I'm not giving up. It's evening here , 9pm .     In the middle of this practice I found myself crying, all of the sudden. I think I've been pushing myself too hard, I realized my mind and body was asking me to surrender, to take it slow, to give up a little, to prioritize kindness and awareness before relative physical improvement.     I'm subscribed and loved this practice! I especially love the voice-over as opposed to the teacher speaking while demonstrating; the sound quality is excellent, and i can follow along really well if I choose to keep my eyes closed, and don't have to strain to hear

    I woke up with such a pounding headache, like never before, and I instantly knew it was because I had taken a break from my consistent morning yoga practice for the past 2.5 weeks due to travel. Doing this class gave me the release and energy flow I needed to reconnect with my natural rhythm, and do some much needed self care. Thank you, amazing as always

    Your kindness and subtly really melts me heart. Your surrender and devotion into this spiritual path yoga really vibrates my heart. I love your voice, so peaceful, and i am faithful that your personality and charisma is peaceful as well. Love you spiritual devotional couple! Thanks to you, now i have my second yoga teacher. Your instruction at first seems a little fast forme to catch up. But now i am used to it. And now i can really make a yoga gentle flow. Although i am not balanced enough and flexible enough to make some hard postures, but i am really trying and believing that someday i can get as flexible like you. I have followed you since 3 years ago, when i first started to follow vegan diet. Now i am not vegan but vegetarian, still, i come back to you. Your channel, i have watched even your way of thinking about planet earth, animals and so on. I love the struggles you have been through, which i know they are very challenging, because we all know without fall, there is no flight. You travel a lot unlike me and seem your knowledge about this world is tremendously large. Thanks to you, i have travelled through the screen.     Was super relaxing n not as challenging as ur other yin yogas..which r one of ma fav kinda yogas!!! U do an amazing job with them!!!! The best by far!!!!😁😁😁😁😁🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰love u both!

    Thank you for this sequence, I’m currently studying the 200ytt and I’m amazed at how stiff my body is, after having 3 big babies I didn’t realise how much tension and emotional stress I’ve held onto for years. This sequence helped me to let go of so much emotional stress, I cried doing the fire log, I have been waiting for these emotions to surface and it’s a great relief although rather tiring. Thank you so much for your gentle energy and your healing work. 💕💞

    Thank you so much for this amazing practice! Truly what I needed today! I love the more challenging yoga classes but know yin yoga is so important to my body, mind and soul! I'm struggling with self worth and self judgment lately and this just felt like a gift to myself.

    Exactly around July 2017, I first found the morning yoga session of cexercise. Since then my morning begins with Boho almost every day. I enjoyed almost all the Beautiful episodes of J&M. With time, not only my body got flexible, my mind got clarity too. Except one confusion! If I had to rank top most beautiful sessions, I probably won't find it myself! Because all are my top choices. This session is perhaps one of the most poised sessions I have enjoyed. God bless you both.. Love & Light 😍🙏😇

    Though I have been doing asanas for the last 25 years, many of the Sister's postures are not taught to me and is very interesting for me to follow. Really i feel more flexible. Thank You Sis.
