Keep in mind they were at a festival with Korn headlining and this was around early afternoon... It is ALWAYS like this that early in the day, especially when the majority of the crowd would have never have heard of them before this... THIS was the performance that brought them recognition.

I have always shared my music likes with my daughter. But with this one she outdid me!!. Love you always Dad.

As a 90s kid, I got to appreciate this song when it came out and was popular on the radio and in movies, it wasnt until years later I appreciated it more learning how much effort goes into practicing being able to scream at those levels and then immediately go back to a singing voice without strain. The seamless ability to transition so quickly from those is truly amazing.
I really wish Flyleaf had seeked out this vibe more. They're a good band, don't get me wrong. But "I'm So Sick" is imo the best they put out. Gives a bit of Deftones vibe.
They don't really have many dark sounds smh I agree its their best track, but theyre my favorite rock band and they have some other tracks I really enjoy like circle and arise
