Just catching up on your videos. DED Racing also makes a breather pipe for that valve cover. It hooks from your ARC side cover, off the upper fill plug, onto the capped off port of your VC.
Thanks for watching ! I’ll have to look at it . The valve cover has a really nice baffle in it . That is why I haven’t vented it off of the side cover . I haven’t had any oil issues with it. That valve cover is really good at oil control .
Thats a nice valve cover. Gives me ideas for custom milling I think I might have done for mine.. Maybe have a Celtic cross milled out of it or get "HEMI" milled out.

As usual great instructional video! My go to Black66! A couple questions...what size are the fittings on your catch can and your fuel tank..is it a powersteering reservoir you incased in polished plating and if you what did you get the reservoir from? Thank you so much for your videos!
Hi! G Great videos as usual! You are our go to ..to learn anything! My son calls you the Tiily guy and loves your videos.I do have a couple questions and with your expertise you can help us...We are building a mini with a Tilly 212cc hemi and was wondering what your opinion is about adding a pulse pump? Are there any advantages or disadvantages of adding a pulse pump on our build? We are using a 24mm mikuni flatslide and no major mods...is a pulse pump used for more of a racing minibike? Thank you so much !
Thanks! For me the least amount of parts I can get away with the better. Less stuff to go wrong . So if the tank is above the carburetor, and I can gravity feed and get away with it, Ill do that. If the tank is below the carb were it wont gravity feed then I will use a pulse pump. I have used both.

@@jadensminibike5351 It boils down to what RPM the engine is capable of , depending on modifications and gearing. You can move around gearing with the clutch and the rear gear.
No, but it does support the speed parts I need to go faster. Ratio rockers will fit under the valve cover .Also the valve cover has an oil baffle and catch can , so the engine will already be set up to control oil at high rpm's when I add speed parts.
It'll keep his valves cleaner and prevent Carbon build up on them. These are used on cars with GDI fuel systems like VW which if not use will need to have its head walnut blasted to clean away all the bad carbon build that WILL occur with Direct injection.
That looks sick. I just figured out how I’m gona mount my can I just made now. A bracket just like that. Your the man.

You dont do any case vents, just the cover vent? Is a case vent actually needed??
clean build man

Yo Black66,
What type of gas tank do you have on this bike?I really like the look of it.
I made it out of a car reservoir tank.
Where'd you get the catch can really like the mount
Ya, it is a really nice mount. I got it at www.studzracing.com
im guessing this wouldn't fit a tillotson 212 or 225?
You have the link for that valve cover?
Yes I do, dedracing.com/collections/gx-clone-head/products/coming-soon-gx200-clone-billet-vale-cover_-svc

What does that head and bottle do
It catches oil that the engine throws out when I run it hard at high RPMs .

wat does it do
it does 58 MPH so far
As long as I stay around the 22mm makuni I won't have to put a fuelpump on it
If it's a minibike and the tank is above the carburetor, then you can just gravity feed the fuel to it. No fuel pump needed.
Damn, this makes an inexpensive engine, expensive
