@@scourgedarkpaw9949 I totally agree. I live in Boston and we're just getting over a long, hot, dry summer. Hardly had any rain in the last few months. It's been miserable. I miss storms and cold snowy weather where it's quiet and peaceful. Summer sucks. It's noisy, crowded, and stifling hot. I'll take winter any day.

Something about walking through snowfall makes me think about life: When I was a kid playing in it with my brother and sister, when I am enjoying the new year as a current student in College, and if I'll celebrate Christmas in a house with a family of my own or alone in an expensive city apartment. The cold oddly comforts me. It makes me think of home, wanting to get warm in a sweater and sit around a fire, drinking hot chocolate with marshmallows. The light reflecting off every snowflake is mesmerizing, like millions of stars dancing through the night. Do I walk in this cold hoping to recapture a feeling of warmth for the sake of childhood nostalgia. Or am I hoping to get lost in this dark chilling night, so that I can be taken by the empty void, never needing to fear my future again.

I've had the same thoughts only it's different for me. Reminds me of the old memories when I used to live back in my home state. I moved from Washington to Arizona. I'm still not gonna forget how many friends I had. It also reminds me when I was at the beach on fourth of July with my cousins and family watching the fireworks show whilist looking at a beautiful sunset. It also reminds me of the time that I was outside at the back of my apartment when I was playing in the snow.alone there was also a sunset and it just made me see my memories.

I live in the tropics I've never experienced snow even once in my life. this video is my dream.
Love the Snow. Especially when you get out of bed at Christmas day , you look out of the window and its snowing. Children playing, building a snowman, placing a warm cosy hat and scarf on the snowman , the coffee is brewing. Its cosy and snug indoors , a plate of mince pies. Oh its so good.

I work nights as a hospice nurse, and this is how we see snow in the "After Hours World". you captured the beauty of my evenings!
I miss the beauty of snow especially under the moonlight.. but I don't miss the brutal cold that accompanies it.

I used to live in California but moved to Chicago. I really love the snow and think it makes winter and Christmas ten times better.

Ever since I was about 11 or 12 I started loving winter, and snow and everything about it. Most adults complain about having to shovel and then more snow going onto the path they just shoveled, but I couldn’t care less. I love winter in every way, from everything related to the snow and cold, to warming up by a fireplace with a blanket and some hot cocoa. Where I live right now we haven’t had good snow these past couple years due to probably the planet warming up, but I plan to move up to Canada where it’s nice and cold all winter long when I’m older. I’m 14 at the moment but I’ve been wanting to experience the big foot or two of snow that I used to have during the winter as a smaller kid. These scenes are amazing and I just wanted to say thank you!😁
I live in Canada and boy will I tell you I love it hear, there is only one thing I would change and it is more snow, I know I’ve been told we get enough snow but because of Climate Change we have less snow and not as cold winters which as it does upset me it gives me an opportunity to go out more and not get as sick.
Sometimes, when it does snow at night, I like to turn off all the lights in the house, look out the window, and play soft piano music. It is so peaceful and relaxing. 😌

I wish we had snow like this in the Netherlands, when i was young back in the 80's we had snow like this almost every year, but global warming changed all that unfortunetly.We havnt had a decent amount of snow like this for atleast 12 years.

Unfortunately I realized last year, or the year before, that the anticipation of Christmas seems to be more exciting than the day itself. As soon as we're done opening presents, suddenly it's all over. Christmas music gets put away the next day; we make space for our new items, etc.
Still, the expectations of people opening your gifts is such a thrill. And we celebrate the birth of Jesus. Everyone celebrates the winter holidays in their own way. Appreciate the snow now---we don't know how long it will last. ❄⛄🎅🎄🎁🎿🏂🐧

A day with no school so you put on your snow suit and ski pants and hobble your way over to play and hang out all day, getting snacks after getting told its getting late you walk home only hearing cars carefully drive by every 6 or 10 minutes, with the fresh snow crunching under your feet and a head full of a great day, you soon come to see your house, a house which you see lights are still on and you know is warm. Coming inside your cheeks red and cold even if you had your scarf on that day, the cold always seems to find its way in. After getting your winter clothes off you drink a warm drink watching what ever your parents had on in the living room feeling a sense of bliss in your heart. Going to your room and seeing it had been vacuumed and tided up and the head was perfect, you check your clock seeing it was 10:15, your bed warm and cozy as you fall asleep you still hear the snow falling and the cars sloshing, life is pretty alright.
I don't know what is but there's something eerie yet beautiful about snow falling at night.

I love sitting down looking out my window. With a warm fireplace glowing, my kittens on my lap watching the snow falling around my home. I'm very bless to experience the 4 seasons what a wonderful sight. However, those first snow falls are so enchanting as if I was transported back to . So many great memories of days gone by. I use to say to my parents im ready let's go for a sleighride. My Mother made sure I was suggled and warm, while my Father got my gear ready....then off to the snow I would march. Snow in my boots, cold air on my cheeks and tingling fingers & toes but I forged on i was die- hard kid !!

Its a different kind of peace and serenity to me. At night when it snows here in colorado it gets quiet. Very, very quiet. Living about an hour from the Rockies also adds to it

I didn't realize falling snow sounded like rain. The last time I experienced it was years ago, when I was in my early teens. Then we moved from the Northeast to South Florida. I remember it falling silently and making the night sky glow as if it were still daytime. Beautiful!
This video inspired me to capture my own road I love walking with my dog sometimes, I have many of those memorable places and we have all kinds of seasons so I can take in different months but all I need now is good cam and sound recorder

I love the snow a little cold is ok, but I love looking up to the dark sky at night and just watching the snow like I’m in a movie. my mind is blank my mind is frozen. No more overthinking no more worry. Just me in the dark with snow falling on me

Did you know in North America, 189 inches of snow is the most that has ever been reported from a single storm. From February 13 to February 19, 1959, the Mount Shasta Ski Bowl in Northern California received 189 inches of snow, or 15.75 feet. Crazy.
