This beer style is a hazy, however if you cold crash 2°C for 4-6 days mostly all of the hop matter falls to the bottom of the fermenter maybe 4 or 5 beers from the keg have a little hop burn for the first 10 days. Then it's all fruity and delicious
You'll get better results adding the hops straight into the fermenter i use the bag for double dry hops so i can remove and add more. You can use a bag for the second dry hop also. I have done 2 bag method and it was great a little less hop burn I guess.

Is the hop utilization better and does the floating dip tube plus filter still give you clear beer when not using a bag?
