- This video is a demonstration of how to draw up and dose your Semaglutide from the vial. There are a few states that we are unable to ship this particular compounded semaglutide. If the semaglutide you were prescribed is not in a clear vial, with a clear solution, than you have a different concentration and you should refer back to your emails that will direct you to the right video. Check with your provider if you have any questions.
Omg best video. No other company is showing how to do this
Thank you so much! I’ve been searching for a video that demonstrates measurements like this, very helpful 🙌🙌
omg! i love this video it save me. the best one out there to show you exactly what the doses are on the syringe. so thank you so much for this video, was a life saver!!!
Thank you!! The first video that was able to help me!
Thank you. That was a very helpful information.
Thank you for explaining! I was confused!!
U you have the best video out there mo one , explains like u
Thank you! I was so going to prefill my syringes
I really appreciate you posting this set of instructions. Another RUclips video is giving false information regarding reconstitution of Semaglutide.
THANK YOU!!!
Thank you!
TLDR: The dosage of semaglutide should be drawn up from the vial before each injection to ensure the correct dose, with dosing increasing monthly from 10 units to 1.7 milligrams.
00:00 💉 Clean the vial, remove the stopper, pull back on the plunger to 10 units, fill the syringe with medication to the 10 unit line.
01:21 💉 For the first four weeks, take 0.25 milligrams at the 10 unit line, then for the next four weeks, take 0.5 milligrams at the 20 unit line.
01:59 👩⚕ Do not pre-fill syringes, draw up medication from vial each week before injecting monthly dose.
02:16 💊 The dosage of semaglutide increases in a doubling pattern over the first three months, starting at 0.25 mg and reaching 1 mg.
02:46 👩⚕ Draw up medication from the vial before each injection to avoid incorrect doses, with dosing increasing monthly from 10 units to 1.7 milligrams.
May be very helpful if you mentioned the Quantity of powder in the vial while in powder form
It’s liquid, not powder.
@@MoonLightOnWater1there is a powder form that someone else was asking about in the comments.
@@MoonLightOnWater1 depending on your source, you may receive a vial with it in a crystalized powder form in which you would mix the bacteriostatic water with. Depending on the source, the vial might be dosed at 1mg, 3mg, or even 10mg. Depending on the strength and how much water you mix it with will determine how much you have to draw for your dose.
@@shinjig thanks, I looked it up and made a comment with a link about reconstituting it with bac water, but I guess it was removed.
“Peptidecalc ”
Hi how much water do u mix with 2mg and 5mg . Thanks
Are you telling me .25 is actually 10 units?
I agree with alot of the comments. And how much of the distilled water do you mix with the powder each month??
do you ship the sema when we decide to avail your services? or do you only prescribe and we go to our local pharmacy?
how many mg are in the bottle of semaglutide?
Are you going to be able to put the medication back in the vail ?
This is based on adding 1mL of BAC water correct to the mix?
Also what can of needle is that so I can purchase ?
Do you inject once a week ?
So if i have a 2mg vial and a 100 unit syringe how can I measure out .25mg?
weekly and daily?
I stopped my shots for 2 weeks can I restart from the dosage I left of
I NEED YOUR ADVISE PLEASE 🙏
I bought semaglutide peptide sciences 3ml. I need to know how much water to mix, I have 100 unit insulin syringes (1ml). And who much do I take a day or week? And what does that dosage measurement look like on the syringe? And how long do I take this for? And what should I be eating? I know this is alot, I hope you can help, I don’t want to goto a doctor and o can’t find anything anywhere else.
Take .25 for a month and go up after month 2 to .50 and up. Put 1-2ML of bac water in there depends on the mg. I use peptide calculator online
@@jvj5644thanks
According to the FDA warning Semaglutide Sodium should not be taken and this is whats shown in this video!
It’s because the sodium versions are available on the black market for $10-15/Mg and FDA supports big pharma who would rather you or your insurance buy a $1200 pre-dosed pen.
do I inject it once / week?
How much bac water do you need can't find it?
I have a 3g vial of samglutide I broke down with 3ml of liquid. If I need to dose 2.5mg how many ticks do I use of a 100 tick syringe?
Look again... I bet you have 3mg not gram vial... people you need to understand dosing before taking something like this that could make you very ill if you over dose
Where can I buy this?
So am I to assume that the highest dose is number five? So where do you go from there? Should I come completely off of it when I get to my weight desired? I just wanted a jumpstart to get my weight down. I don’t wanna be on this any longer than I need to be. So will they just keep giving me number five cent till I decide to come off it? Can anybody answer that?
Is it 3mls vial of 5 mg or 3ml vial of 10 mg?
How much b water too ?
I think it's a 2.5mg vial mixed water 1ml of bac water
I bought a bottle of 10mg powder but unsure how much water to mix. I’ve been on tirzapeptide and switched
DID YOU FIGURE IT OUT ? CAUSE I ALSO HAVE NO CLUE
@@sesliefitzpatrick3446 yes. I added 2ml water making each 10 units .5mg
@@MistyEwing Did you need a prescription? I’d like to compare the price of getting it from a clinic here versus buying the powder. Do you mind sharing where you purchased?
@@misjuiceefroot Saf research. Nonprescription
@@MistyEwing Thank you.
So if it’s a 5ml vial, and the starting dose is 0.25mg, what does the syringe get filled to?
Exactly.....
So is this 5mg of semi and 3ml of bac water ?
No. 5mg vial of Sema with 1mL (100 units) of BAC water. You can add 3mL of BAC but will have to reconfigure the injection amount.
I have 10mg. Where do I draw to?
Did you find out?
So for semaglutide peptide at 3mg how many ml of bac water should I mix in to start at .25mg?
as much as you want. the fact is, you will need to do some math after you mix. There are online calculators to help you.
Dilute a 3mg vial with 3ml water and pull to 25 units for 250mcg
Where is such a product purchased from? I only see the already-prepared"giant" pen needle types being prescribed (Ozempic, Wegovy, etc) Thanks
At a compound Pharmacy that makes the medication
Are the amounts the same as with the pen (if I am filling syringes from 1.7 mg to make smaller doses using a vial and a 100 cc/ needle / 1ml) ? please help
what is the concentration???????
My doc prescribed the 40mg the first month is that okay?!
Mine too. Is this okay? How did it go? Please reply. I just got prescription today
@@SEWINQUEEN the worst experience ever I ended up in the ER! And then yes I lowered the dose from June to October I got to 150lbs but was sick and tired the whole entire time! It was hell. I gained everything back and more from November-march
@@kathrynonka6780omggggg!! How long were you on it? I’m sorry for the questions. And what happened for you to get your ER. I just started.
Can I go to month 6? And the dosage for month 6?
You stay on 2.4 mg month 5 and thereafter.
This video is of no real value without knowing the mg in the vial that you’re using because the amount in the vial determines the dose, therefore month 1 dose will not be 20U for everyone. Very misleading video.
Just do the math… They using 100 Unit syringe…. 100 units = 1 ml…. So this is 2.5MG / ML
If you work in healthcare, you know how many milligrams were in the vial and how much bac water. 🤷🏾♂️
The dose varies per person. You does comes on delivery
It's not misleading at all. She is very clear with instructions and gives the recommended dosage for each month. My doctor gave similar instructions. To start out the first month you want to do .1ml each week. You can convert that to MG as well or to units by googling the conversion.
.1 ml =100 mg =10 units. Using a syringe, you want to figure out how many units.
.1 ml is 10 units or 100mg. Each unit(tick on the syringe)is .01ml =10×.01=.1ml
You increase this every month depending on the recommended dosage.
My doctor said slightly different for month 2 but very similar, the point is to increase it gradually to the recommended dosage to lose weight. For month 3 my doctor recommended .3ml which is 30 units. This video had similiar recommended dosages, check the chart for the recommendations. In the syringe, you go by units. So convert ml or mg to units. Each vial may have a different total amount, but the conversions are the same. The vial size does not determine the dosage. Your doctor prescribes the dosage.
@beachesforever Do you have NO IDEA how dosing works? It is VERY clear by what u said. I would suggest taking down your nasty reply here because u are WRONG. It doesn't matter WHAT the mg is in the vial 😂 ITS CALLED SIMPLE MATH!
I am 30mg vial mad at you right now 😂
How in the world do you figure 10 units to .25 ml?? You don’t specify the type of syringe to indicate units.
Exactly my thoughts, I was sent 50 unit syringes and the measurements are different
@@marybelherrera340 I was sent a 100 unit needle (1ml) similar to needle in video. My dosage is 2nd month 0.5 ml/mg. I called pharmacy and they said to load at 50 units. This video says 0.5 mg/ml is 20 units. 🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️
ml and mg are different measurements. The video said .25mg not ml. There is a specific conversion for mg and ml to units that you can google. Each unit(1 tick mark)on the syringe is equivalent to .01 ml. So 10 units is equivalent to .1ml (10units×.01=.1ml) and (100units ×.01=1ml) is the total syringe amount of 100 units.
You can convert this to mg as well if you want to..the conversion is the same for any syringe size, and you should convert the dosage to units. Usually the syringe is in ml and units and the total units may vary.
This video is half-baked... it should be deleted
How many milligrams was the bottle of semaglutide?
Can we talk CC's
