that depends on you. for simple math i will use 10mg. if you mix it with 10ml which is a lot. each 1ml you pull out after will have 1mg of drug/peptide. Its all a ratio of what you want. most peptides ive mixed of 5mg ive used 2ml of bac water. my usual doses are 250mcg which is a 1/4 of 1mg. so i have 20 total doses in that one vial. i pull out 10 units or 1/10 of 1ml. let me know if it doesnt make sense. @@keishawilson9778
With an 8mg vial, I will add a few cc's of water and draw all the peptides out of the vial and squirter it back in to the 50cc of bac water. That way my .5cc injection will equal .08mg of peptide. That's a lot easier than trying to do a .0001ml injection
thats not accurate. 80 units is a measurement of fluid. your dose should say mg or mcg. ive only seen units used on premixed substances like insulin that comes as a fluid out the box
I purchased PT-141 nasal spray online for $280. It worked great, but I thought the price was exorbitant. So, I tried mixing some at home as shown in a video, but it didn’t have the same effect. I also purchased PT-141 from two different labs, and neither had the same effect as the pre-mixed spray I bought online. I’m trying to figure out why. Either the two PT-141 samples I purchased were not legit, or it’s possible that for using it as a nasal spray, I need a different solution. I know I could inject it, but I prefer the nasal spray alternative.
😳 easyyyyyyyyy. Take water bac water and slowly add it in maybe a cc. Roll the peptides very gently around if still not dissolved add more little by little but let the water run on the side of the bottle go easy do not break it

No. He said there was a vacuum. So adding the water equalized the pressure in there. For each injection, I would add the amount of air to equal the volume of peptide I am removing at that moment. That’ll keep everything at an equal pressure.

You should be using an insulin needle and it should taught how many times you fill the water up to put into the powdered form , always insulin needle for peptides not big needles that is incorrect
I have watched few videos on mixing peptides with bac water, why everyone is so stupid they never tell the size of the peptide bottle? mix 6ml with 20 mg bottle, no no its 10 or lets be really stupid its 5 mg come on doc i expected more from you. 5mg (5000mcg) diluted into 2.5ml water = 200mcg per 1/10 of a ml.
Or.
Dilute 2ml of water into 5mg to get 250mcg per 1/10 of a ml.

Don't worry about the presure , if any is left behind, the air pressure hrlps to push out the fluid into the syringe.

4-6 weeks after you mix the water with the powder.
they sell them mixed already. but dried powders can be stored for longer use. keep watching videos.
