Sometimes even without pulling the plunger the solution will automatically fill the syringe. The way i dissolved the powder is by gently rolling the vial between my palms

Removing required amount of solution and injecting directly in vial as shown in video. Also Twirling the bottle gently will allow the powder diluent to absorb residue. Hope this helps! Thanks for watching
I was going to reconstitute my semaglutide with sterile water today. Non injector here! Ended up snapping top off the sterile water vial, which fragmented and cut my finger. Cleaned that up, ( while holding the open vial ) Couldnt see what I was doing so seemed to draw up a lot of air. Squired the water back in 3 times and just gave up! I feel so upset and dont think I can do this!
What about larger amounts to withdraw ? In my hospital we dilute antibiotics in 10mls of sterile water so does that mean we have to inject 10mls of air into the vial before withdrawing the medication?
Hello I have an urgent question İ hope you will see it . İ am undergoing IVF . And İ had to take my trigger shot today . İt's usually two powders and 2 diluents making two injections each injection goes to a side of the stomach. İ didn't notice that İ had one diluent only left. Pharmacies were closed as well . İ ENDED up using one diluent for both powder ampoules and İ put Half of the mixture in each side of my stomach. İs what İ did bad . Will the medecine have a different effect than what it's supposed to have. İ am really scared and not able to contact my doctor
U can removed the air bubble once u aspirated it from the vial just pull the syringe plunger down and tap the syringe until u see all the bubbles going up after that u can expel all the air bubbles.

why do you draw in air first? also, what gauge needle and at what length? i am reconstituting a peptide to be used intranasally.
If we are giving IM thn how much we should be giving the same 0.5 or more

Is it required to change the needle after withdrawing the vaccine? In my pharmacy, we use a syringe with a bone removable needle tip.

Was so worried I would end up injecting air that I lost my nerve!
Keep trying. Buy some meds for practice like expired meds

In small vials you dont have to inject 10ml of air. Small amount will do just to aspirate easiy

Are those very minute air bubbles which we get after agitating the diluent with the powder a problem...coz they are hard to get rid of.
U can removed the air bubble once u aspirated it from the vial just pull the syringe plunger down and tap the syringe until u see all the bubbles going up after that u can expel all the air bubbles.
Same technique here. I use my thumb and middle finger and gently tap the syringe to remove all the air bubbles.
Don’t shake it !
