I thought the first table seemed a bit boring but the other two look great, I bought the exploding kittens pack instead, but I will buy the star trek tables too.
First I thought the third one would be boring because of the symmetrical design, but gameplay wise it did the most. It has a unique "energy" system and gravity changes direction.
