my only worry would be that the fuel consumption is going to scale with power demand, so if it's not pegged at 100%, you'll eventually back up on fuel, and then heavy oil residue, and then plastic and rubber will lock out due to the excess HOR. could there be an overflow for the HOR to convert the excess into more plastic/rubber, which can then be sunk into the sink?

Power generators always run at 100% regardless of power consumption (except bio generators)
