  • About a dozen foreign men live in the forest near Zhenghua Flyover in Bukit Panjang. They drink, bathe and wash their clothes using water from a canal, and make a living selling duty-unpaid cigarettes, including to minors at playgrounds.

    The most mysterious question is not why they stay.........? Its how they manage to smuggle themselves in & the goods. Singapore Authorities shld place cameras along/around areas like these. So as to deter them from hiding in such places. Major crimes can happen such as Kidnap, Murder, Rape & etc. I really hope the government have plans for this. 🙏

      They are not out for these things.
      They are out to find work, or customers for illegal items.

    if malaysian work in singapore,they prefer rental house in johor ..if indonesian with no permit they rental for free in forest and canal..

    On and off, authorities must use drones to check for such activities. especially in very densely forested areas.

      Mungkin sudah jadi stereotype disana kalau immigrant gelap sudah pasti orang kita Pak. But as a journalist, they should consider not to use any statement or question that refer to a particular subject nor object. Let a question be a "quest".

    IMHO, ST should gather all their field reporter and teach them again the basic essential to be a "Journalist"
    This guy in the video shouted "Aku bukan Police" (I am not a police) and then yapped "Aku Cakap Baik Kau Tak Nak Jawab" (I speak really good to you why you are not giving me a goddamn respond??) that sounds like a police to me.
