Just when i was thinking how i could make a little chest mimic (look it up, i think you would like them) open and close his lid, when this showed up! Now i only need to find a motor like that in the Netherlands
Hi Dutch, those chest mimics are very interesting ...who knew! I can see where this prop could be modified to have a chest open and close. Thanks for watching and for the comment.
"I also used a wood-carving tool on some of the gums, changing their appearance..." Wow, do I love sentences that sound absolutely HORRIBLE when out of context. lol My god, this is grotesque... I need to do this with my candy bowl! :D
I have seen that both Overstock & Wayfair have three book sets of the "Fake Books w/ Storage", looks like the larger book is 3" deep. Michaels also has cardboard boxes that look like books. Have fun and thanks for asking.
HALLOWEEN DIY & HOW-TO by Saul Films thank you! The first one I bought from Michaels wasn’t deep enough and i tried another craft supply and that one wasn’t either. Neither went to waste, I used the paintable wall paper and gaffers tape to make them additions to the creepy book collection. I’ll try your other source suggestions. Thanks again. Your tutorials are the best and easiest to follow, even for a rookie like me.

Your instruction down to the smallest detail is awesome as usual.
Thanks cochise82. It takes a lot of effort, so we are glad that you appreciate it.
I love this ...make more stuff ❤❤❤❤
Thanks Diana, more videos are on the way.
There are inexpensive direction control circuits available online to make sure the deer motor always turns in the correct direction.
That is great to know Kevin, do you have a link for them?
Very well done videos. Look forward to more! Red button pressed.
Thanks for subscribing Edward Stec! We have some fun things in store for the next season.

Oh, that could be fun! Thanks for the comment Bob.
Fun to watch, too advanced for me. You do a great job explaining though.
Thanks Steve, we appreciate you watching just the same.
I haven’t been able to find a book deep enough to accommodate my FrightProps reindeer motor, could you possibly suggest online sources?
