City Lights is my favorite by far also, so I am also going to buy it slowly till I have enough of it to make an afghan with too. Will attach an image if it when it is finished with the name of the stitch used... wish me luck 😊
Thank you both for sharing. I like the city lights and the coney island. Those two colors just jump out at you, so whatever you make with them will be wonderful!
Hi you two, I like it last one you showed the best, but I also liked all of rest. I'm anxious to see those 2 colors worked together that you had Glenda. Cody, thanks so much for helping your grandma with her crocheting! You are so sweet😊.
Hello my favorite swatch was the dark color that Cody did that would make a beautiful afghan and Glenda I think mixing those 2 colors would make a beautiful afghan for fall. Can't wait for the next unboxing look forward to seeing the both of Happy Sunday 😊
This is the stitch I doing on my cardigan sweater.i love this stitches.wool ease , wool yarn made my skin itch.but crochet in blanket might work.thank you ❤ God Bless everyone 🙏❤️
I love watching the videos with the two if you in them. You both work so well together. To pick my favorite color is difficult but I like the one that the granny square is made of. Yes I agree using the two kinds of yarns would be beautiful together. I cannot wait to see Cody's blanket with that beautiful yarn. I used the Wooleze to make a Christmas stocking for my granddaughter this year for Christmas. I loved working with it.
Hi Glenda and Cody and the “Creative Grandma Channel!” Thanks for the unboxing of the Lion brand yarns. It’s great to learn about the variety of yarns. I think my favorite today was the Mandala Gradient (yellow and aqua) from the video. I appreciate you keep us engaged, inspired, and sharing insight into how you visual projects. 😊
Love the granny square and the blue with multi colors in it. Can’t remember the name of blue. Love the video and appreciate the time it takes to make these samples.
I have used the Thick and Quick to make cat-ear hats for the daughters of a friend, and it came out beautifully! I really appreciate you making actual swatches--because you are right, you can't tell from the yarn what it will look like worked up.
Hi Glenda and Cody! The City Light was my favorite out of all of them. I can't afford to buy them, but I enjoy when you show the yarn worked up. You both have a wonderful day. 🙏💜🤗🧶
I'm Loving the Beachy colored yarn, Rapids! But then all the colors are Gorgeous. I've never tried the Thick & Quick yarn, but by watching you two it's giving me a crochet bug to try. Thanks for sharing! Blessings Always 💕
Cody I love that blue with all.them colors It's beautiful Grandma I love that granny That will be pretty to put them together See you guys soon.God Bless you VA. ❤❤ 🙌🌈👑👋🙏🔜
❤ this is my most favorite yarn! I have made scarves and hats and I'm going to get some to make myself a blanket for my birthday. Lion brand really has some amazing yarns!
Hello, I love the one that Cody was holding up that is The City Lights I agree that would be great as a blanket and the granny square I like the idea of doing the edges in a different color or making multi granny squares in each other then putting them together as a blanket. Have a great day God bless
Thank you for this video. I love Wool Ease Thick and Quick! I buy 4 extra steins of them because I thought I would make hats, but I can't make the magic circle for the life of me. Then I thought about making a striped blanket using all the colors I have. Wow that granny square is beautiful! I think one for granny than different for a border. Or it would be beautiful in Cody's light blue and cream. One giant granny square. Thanks again have a good day.
For crocheters in cool climates and have animals, that yarn would be a great idea for sweaters for their dogs for outdoor trips for bathroom or travel to Grandma's house!
I just discovered the Wool Ease last week at Joann Fabrics. I bought almost every color they had and I have been making pumpkins out of all of them for my upcoming fall markets. I love how it works up, and it is perfect for the pumpkins. My two favorites are Fall Leaves and Spice Market!
Hi Cody & Glenda. Thanks for working up those swatches. I love the city lights color way the best. Glenda, I always think of autumn colors as having a scarlet or deep vibrant red orange tone as well. For me, I would want to get a solid vibrant yarn of those colors interspersed with the 2 different colorways you showed as by themselves they look a little too faded for me. However, you may surprise me when you work those two together. ❤️
the idea for lap quilt is great I crochet for Blankets for Canada that what we do with two differenet colours of the same weight fiber kind yarn enjoy your channel Debbie from Canada
I loved the City Lights. Couldn't you see it as a shrug? Perfect for Glenda's mom to keep around her shoulders rather than a shawl, as it wouldn't slip off her shoulders. All the colors would look great with a white between them in a design.
City lights for sure is my favorite!
Love City Lights in the crunch stitch.

At the unboxing, I did not like the dark blue "city lights" at all but seeing it made up it is my absolute favorite. So pretty. 😊
