Private land has manholes and drainage grates. Next time you’re at Old Trafford or Wimbledon look on the ground. You mean COUNCIL OWNED manhole covers! It doesn’t have to be fenced off for it to be private land and Common Law to apply.

Good audit DJ but i agree with you about their security around the site being basic. If they are that bothered about the vehicle's then i would have thought they would have had retractable bollards or even the big wedge's that I've seen at some companies, I'm sure though that all those vehicle's will have trackers. 👍
Malfunctioning Gate/Bollard would cost them more in loss revenue if the place couldn't run. If stuff cannot get in or out than what anybody could steal Not even watched it the Vlog yet .

My Nan used to live round the corner from where so the law says cos of all the sensitive stuff she had in her greenhouse means that if there’s private vehicles in the distance and you haven’t got a contract you can’t just stand and film you need a real pilots licence for that bike😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 They just make stuff up right there on the spot
