    *Breakfast - Oats + warm water + half scoop protein+ 5 almond.
    *Mid morning meal - 1 bowl papaya.
    *Lunch - 100 gm paneer sabji + curd+ salad + 2 roti.
    *Dinner - Mix sprouts (boil) chat.
