It's been a long time since I watched this show in sub but since I never bothered watching it in dub, yep, I am gonna prefer the sub. Also, Austin Tindle is no Nobuhiko Okamoto when it comes to sounding fine and dandy. But I do like that Krillin's VA(I grew with dub DBZ) was voicing Korosensei.
The saddest part in this show is. Koro sensei'a death. Made me cry when my mom and Father died. Hes gonna be remembered as the Best Teacher. He makes the class like a playground. Times when he kills his student is not considered as a playground..
What makes it so devastating is the show gives you the hope for like three episodes that he can be saved, and then in the end they still have to the deed.
He's a legit fighter of a dude, just the non-standard kind and I was able to enjoy his story overall regardless because it sort of makes him less predictable.
Mimura's "B1TCH MOVE" lives rent free in my head. Sugaya's "do a scarecrow in total silence no big 🙄" and Hazama "We're so gonna d1e" are also among my favourites, even if I'm more familiar with the french dub.

The taunting from the second part of episode 2 ("Bande de na*a*azes" in french) is imprinted in my psyche. The intonation of it is perfect.
Koro-Sensei may be the main antagonist but he's so likeable with how earnest he is in teaching the class that everyone else gave up on, the reaction of the class in the end is fully understandable
