Not unless you consider the Colombo part of that division. It’s basically just a Colombo with HE main guns and SAP secondaries. Most things about the two are identical
@@davidpotts7116 Aside from the 4 second better reload, access to HE, and "better" secondaries (you still don't build into them), that's functionally it. I feel like there's one specific aspect to the torpedoes on the Elbing that gets overlooked often, even by Jingles here: They are incredibly stealthy. Yes, they are among the slowest torps in the game. But that only really becomes a problem if your opponent has hydro. (Looking at the Shimakaze 20km noob tubes here, which are also realtively slow but have a massive detection range.)

I quite like the Elbing but, then, I am a light cruiser fiend. haha
It's okay, I'm here on time today!
I always feel robbed in the DD's of this line when I have to switch to HE, the dpm is so low that your have higher dpm with the overpen's from your AP then to use your HE. Its also surprising to me how so many people see this line and think its just a bad DD and call you a bad player for moving to square up to finish off a damaged cruiser, also if I remember correctly they also have strong enough AA to give a black eye to most carriers that they can run into.
its so funny how slow those torpedos are, with engine boost could he outrun his own torps?
Not quite
i like the elevator sound .... for the torps
Always enjoy you content old boy
