Since I have slowly changed my bad eating habits I have not received any acid reflux yet. Great progress for me. Thank you for this video.
Ah! Just beautiful! I love it!.. a made Barley with cinnamon for breakfast... sooo yummy! Just cook barley in water then at the end when barely is cooked add milk (any) and cinnamon stick!.. cook for another 7-10min... yum! 🤗
In my country Poland, barley is very cheap. I recomend pickles to this stew 😀 your salad with beets is awersome! I like also your recipe a barley soup. So very cozy.

(b.) good substitute for soy sauce. I also want to know (c.) your opinion of the anodized aluminum cookware from top brands like ICladd. Recommend other brands of cookware as good as ICLADD and perhaps less costly. I worry that my current storage space -stacking -nesting the pots and pans-the anodized pan with get scratched- This last question is hard to words and may be a stupid ? To properly cook - to not overcook a volume of cut veggies -uniformly cooked- when being attentive - paying attention -stirring -can you get away using the smaller pan- a 10” vs. 12” -it’s a technique? Just noticed the relative size of your pan. (b.) BRAGG LIQUID AMINOS. SOY PROTEIN SEASONING. Use as a Soy Sauce Alternative. Thank you. Wendy

It would be my first time in a gym, till now I used to workout in home and I am a bit anxious and getting conscience about working out with other people around. Please guide me!!
Shower first and foremost. Dress accordingly and bring change of clothes. As soon as you go in there's usually someone there to guide you. Possibly a fitness trainer that expects pay or just the help to explain the machines
Hi I recently joined the gym .it's been 5 days now.i tried some of the workouts on lat pull, diverging lat pull n so on...I started with 11 kg 1st mark. In how much time one should go one level up. 18 kg is the second mark on machine
