We also have the invaders coming via cruise ships, even staff from cruise ships who are fully aware as to who to contact for to register for asylum. Now, if talking about women and children, they come into the country via planes, and go and register for asylum. In my work I had dealings within these areas, and the most surprising was the cruise ships, mainly from Southampton.

Don't begrudge anyone wanting to better their lives however where does the book stop? We can't physically take in the world and fund this insanity when our own public services are suffering and at breaking point. What we are failing to realise that is for each one individual, once granted right to stay they will then bring dependents over so that one turns into 5 people relying on the state. 20,000 have come across since labour took "charge" 20k will turn into 100k just from half a year alone. Crazy....and we will have to fund this with higher taxes, council, inheritance and eventually they will come after more of your gross pay. Like I say, I do not begrudge anyone the chance of a better life but these people are economic migrants, simple as. How we can find the money for this and not the homeless baffles my mind.
When I was homeless and sleeping rough I was told I didn't qualify for accommodation. I was working 15 hours a week as an hourly paid teacher. Couldn't get anymore hours. I was told I wouldn't get benefits either. And that's the truth.
I used to live round the corner from here, big place that crown, unreal now full of imports with free rooms, thankfully i now dont live 2 mins down the road!
Can you imagine the sheer cost of these commandeered hotels all around the country being paid for by taxpayers? No wonder the UK economy is reeling under the weight of such an unnecessary expense. Note, foreign security. Note also how roofers were there, scaffolding erected to do the entire roof area, a large area. Now, why at this particular time? Hotel owners left it all until, I presume, contracts were signed for immigrants to be housed, so the bill for the roofing repairs fell on us. How much did this contract cost us? How many millions? The government knows that it cannot keep the invaders in all these hotels, indefinitely, so what then?

Don't begrudge anyone wanting to better their lives however where does the book stop? We can't physically take in the world and fund this insanity when our own public services are suffering and at breaking point. What we are failing to realise that is for each one individual, once granted right to stay they will then bring dependents over so that one turns into 5 people relying on the state. 20,000 have come across since labour took "charge" 20k will turn into 100k just from half a year alone. Crazy....and we will have to fund this with higher taxes, council, inheritance and eventually they will come after more of your gross pay. Like I say, I do not begrudge anyone the chance of a better life but these people are economic migrants, simple as. How we can find the money for this and not the homeless baffles my mind.
When I was homeless and sleeping rough I was told I didn't qualify for accommodation. I was working 15 hours a week as an hourly paid teacher. Couldn't get anymore hours. I was told I wouldn't get benefits either. And that's the truth.

Can you imagine the sheer cost of these commandeered hotels all around the country being paid for by taxpayers? No wonder the UK economy is reeling under the weight of such an unnecessary expense. Sorry to say we saw a lot of these issues coming down the pipeline 20 years ago, which is why we left for Australia but it still pains me to see this sort of thing happening. 😢
