The biggest gangs in Haiti is the politicians and government itself with collaborations with the street gangs it's impossible to dismantle one without the other. PS have a plan in place before your make the situation worse clean house approach is definitely needed in this situation and yet your must have individuals ready to step into the house to get it back in order people with character and integrity

One significant and often overlooked problem in Haiti is that it's subject to earthquakes yet its infrastructure is a century behind in terms of building strength. In addition to needing to rebuild the nation-state itself, the entire urban area earnestly needs to be torn down, removed, and re-built to withstand its geography. What nation wants to write the bill for that job? What are you going to do with the actual population if you try to do both of those things (or even one, for that matter)?

Haiti was struck by what the left calls 'postcolonial thinking', but what most people just call racism. As a result they turned inward, shunned the world, and the world was none too pleased about the idiotic blamegames coming out of Haiti either.

Haitis South is intersected by the Gonave microplate and the North lies on the boundary. Since at least the 1700s there has been evidence it is slipping under the Caribbean plate by 2cm a year.
This has lead to frequent and often devastating earthquakes at an unusually high rate.
