Sorry to hear that. I don't believe this had adds originally, so YT has now finally dived on it would be my guess. can't see any settings to fix this (and copyright claims on the video probably don't help). Only alternative would be an Ad Blocker or YT premium if you have money to throw around.

Mary's Invitation. I could be wrong, but I think it's one of the many tracks from the game that never made it to the official soundtrack. So the title 'Mary's Invitation' probably isn't 'Akira Yamaoka certified', but it's the name I've got written for the song.
If you mean the one that ends around that 10-minute mark, that would be 'Room of Angel' (Specifically the one that plays in the intro after starting the game). For the other that starts in that time frame, 'Wishful Thinking' or 'Letters'. As this last song wasn't on the original soundtrack, it's resulted in more than one unofficial name, or at least I believe so. There is also the revised version in SH2 remake of this song as well. Both that song, as well as its new remake version, both play at the beginning of the game when James reflects on the letter he received, supposedly from Mary. Hope this was helpful!
