      Because bone structure of an individual species of fish is not “biology”. Biology is the study of life and ecosystems on a macro level. It’s like going to a cooking class and saying “they didn’t even teach me how to change my transmission fluid!”

    It looks like the African pompano is much bigger than the Pompano we get here in United States because I haven't seen a Pompano that big and I haven't seen them sell the African pompano where I'm from and I'm in New York I would like to get my hands on one and really taste how they taste

    Why don't you gentlemen typically where cut gloves when handling and filleting fish? No hate at all, I just feel like there must be so many accidental cuts! And doing so while handling raw fish? Are infections not a large concern?

      Several varieties this one just happens to be the best eating, and probably one of the best eating fish in the world. Best to lightly sear it or eat it sashimi style
