Ok so you hit the guy's car and don't believe it's your fault. But whoes fault is it that you lied to him and then wasted his time for hours? Are all of your actions from here on the fault of that other person? You're a bad driver, a liar, and have no insight.
Nobody wants to take responsibility for their bad acts or their stupidity. There's no way in the world the defendant can justify what she did and then not pay the plaintiff.

She said she knew the area was too tight AND STILL TRIED TO GO THROUGH. Her defense was, "I hit the mirror because the driver OPPOSITE ME at the intersection, told me to go"?!? ID.EE.IT.😂
