I learned a long time ago to not do business with family or friends. And if I do it has contracts signed with every contingency outlined. Plus I have receipt books that are hand written and signed for all money that changes hands. I've had family come back after years and say that quilt you made wore through in a few spots. I want my money back. Well you wanted an infant quilt made with your old baby clothing. And you machine washed it and of course after 15 years there might be some squares that wore out. You are not getting the money back. Which only covered the cost of the materials I had to buy 🤦♀️ they still don't talk to me but all of my relatives are on my side against this particular relatives as she has done worse to them.

The defendants didn't even practice their lies well enough before the case🙄
Case like this have def changed my outlook doing business because friends and family will aleays get a contract to remain friends and family on good terms lol
The defendants said the agreement was that they were going to pay $300 for the flowers. So if that was the agreement why did you pay her more than what the agreement was? 🤔 Nobody just hands out free money. I think the judge got it wrong.
Watching PC for years, I’ve learned a lot and one of them is having some kind of contract between friends. I was one of these litigants and use to think, well it’s awkward writing something down like an agreement with a friend, I can trust them or they can trust me, but to keep friends I’ve learned, is to send a txt or email nothing fancy. ❤ ❤
I don’t understand why ppl don’t get receipts in these days! “Well I paid in cash,” well so what! Who taught these ppl when u pay in cash, it doesn’t matter if u get a receipt…..what kinda reasoning is that?! Both plaintiff and defendants have a big S written on their foreheads. 😂😂

I am so sick of people suing for pain and suffering. I think when people do that they should really get to experience what pain and suffering really is so that maybe they might not use that term loosely
Over this amount? I would have just chalked it up to experience and learning a lesson about the other person. I've paid more to learn who a friend was. I have two "S's" on my forehead.
That does not sound fair. The defendant said that they told the plaintiff that their budget was about 300. So why did the defendant pay much more? The defendant is a liar, it is pity the case is in favor of the defendant.
Always get a contract especially with friends. No actual friend will have a problem with a contract. I've worked with my friends and gave all of them contracts. Keeps it simple
Idk why people watch if they don't like the judge. 🤷🏽♀️ Such miserable people. Litigants who are careless need to be reprimanded. Maybe they'll learn something.
Fun thing about RUclips: You can actually block channels, disengage with media / people you don't like, and otherwise CHOOSE TO NOT WATCH. I wonder if people understand that. I legit blocked a channel because at the end of their vid, it had a kinda "joke", I guess, that gave me the creeps as a sex repulsed aroace. I know it was just a way to "ask for subs / likes", and perhaps their sense of humor, but I just couldn't take that sentiment as the image was THERE and I hated it. Basically what I'm going at is: Whether or not a reason is "silly", personal, or otherwise it's really your choice to either block and move on or continue to see the vids in your feed. If you don't like JM, basically, block the channel / TPC. Easy.

JM claims she couldn't call this case, but I've seen her do it on other cases. One case, a landlord sued a tenant for removing a backyard shed. She had no receipts or pics, the property was at least 50 yrs old, but she awarded the Plaintiff $800.
Nobody answered Harvey’s question with what he was looking for! You have a contract between friends so you can STAY friends!! There won’t be any confusion or disagreements if there is a good contract
