Good videos! Why don't you use a pop-up gazebo with extensions to protect from the rain? Also, use duct tape on the drainage channels to stop any grout from falling in.
Hi Neil We do have huge gazebo seen in some videos .good idea but wouldn't of worked here unfortunately. The tape on the drains is a great idea so thanks mate 👍
Nice work again lad, had the same problem this last few jobs we did, type 1 soaking wet and our sand absolutely soaking wet also, we had to whacker it , nothing worse that whacking wet crusher run or sand, with the whacker bogging down into the wet material 😢, We had to tie a rope onto the front of the whacker and have a man pull the whacker from the front and behind to get the job done, little silly stuff like this just puts a downer on our day👍
Marty spot on mate i think the suppliers should do more to at least make an attempt to keep our materials dry.Been there so many times whacking wet mot its a nightmare. Good luck to u lads hope the baby is doing well mate 👍
Hi Justin, I feel ya pain mate.Ive had some nightmares with the bad weather over the years! Had a full driveway stoned up and didn't whack it and we had torrential rain overnight!.....it was like a swamp next day,I could of cried.we mixed loads of cement into the stone and it luckily dried it up enough to whack it the next day. Hopefully there's no more storms fingers crossed! How you getting on with this job Justin?
