    I am 5 foot 7 I would like to know. Is the MRR and the SRR to tall for me.Can I lower the bike without messing up the suspension? If so,how many inches to fit me?

      You'll be fine. I'm 5'8 and sat on it and barely lifted my heels off the ground.

    What does the S and M stand for

    • @AnotherBangaTV
      @AnotherBangaTV Год назад +4

      the S stands for Sport and that is the standard base model. The M is slightly higher performance and offers more tuning options for race teams, etc.. like their cars... M3, M5, M6, etc....

      @@AnotherBangaTV wrong, the $40,000 s1000RR is not the white one in the video, the one that costs almost $40,000 is another model that is black and completely made of carbon fiber. This white "M package" costs a bit more than the basic red one but the price isn't insane

      The stock S1000RR/XR/R engines cam chain tensioner sucks and historically has had lots of issues (it is a spring-loaded unit that changes actuation based on oil pressure if i'm not mistaken). The first thing I did was take it out and replace it with a mechanical cam chain tensioner which completely resolved the rattle. I'm not sure why BMW doesn't just use a mechanical one from the factory.
