Why is everyone talking about love when the website is based upon appearance and lifestyle, isn't it logical to go for someone rich and attractive if you know nothing else
Sara J Yep, I agree. Dtable enough to care for a whole family. After all they'll be having babies, children. And those little chicks costs a lot of money.
Who wants to meet up with me in Tokyo? I'm organising a meet up event on 23 Aug (Tue) at 7:30pm! Get a ticket from Eventbrite! www.eventbrite.com/e/meet-up-with-yuta-tickets-26984797255
would love to go, how about next year, hehe :P I already spent 1 month this year in Japan and can't afford to go back yet, and I do not have any vacations coming any time soon.
for people who call them gold-diggers, keep in mind that Japan likes to keep their traditions, one of them being that the husband provides and the wife takes care of their home, kids (if any), and her husband; therefore, they would like to have someone who can provide without struggle
I mean looks trump all, it’s human nature. Just ask my rich neighbor who’s going through a divorce since his wife is banging a personal trainer. I’m a student and work at a gym and could tell you a lot of crazy stories. Everyone is shallow and that’s just a fact, the only time you don’t act on standards looks wise is when your own insecurities set up limitations in the back of your head. It would be impossible to have a stable relationship if you couldn’t enjoy looking at your partner.
their not gold diggers they are just raised the right way to care about the future first instead of having 10 babies on a minimum wage job at their moms house
@Mr. Man If more women were economically independent, men wouldn't be treated like atms. What do you expect if you expect women to be your wife and have sex with you? Children will come in the mix, and they aren't cheap. This is an example that women are more practical than men when it comes to dating and marriage.
@Mr. Man yeah there even some one that said "husband money is wife money, wife money is also wife money" truth aside my mother money is used to buy something to eat and my father money used for school, water and electricity pay.
People say these girls are gold diggers. I disagree. Most are simply saying they want stability which is perfectly normal and fair. A gold digger is one who wants a RICH guy to pay for everything. Too often American women hook up with losers who are either bums or criminals while pushing away good men with decent jobs because they're "boring". Japanese women are smart enough to realize that "bad boys" aren't attractive when they're just bums to mooch off someone. Being an honest working man shouldn't be considered a turn off but it is in America. Japanese women seem to value that and I find it very refreshing.
Dude.....these are mostly gold diggers. And trust me.......no they actually said...the bad boy (musician) they would sleep with but not marry. Only marry the man with money.
@hasith mayanga what are you talking about? The girls said they would sleep with the bad boy but not marry. This has nothing to do with dating and I never mentioned dating.
You guys should look at it from the other perspective. *These girls are looking for a stable life style.* So of course money is a crucial thing. I mean love and passion are important. But these girls are worried and thinking about their future, which is normal.
so amusing how everyone in the comments go "omg love is the most important" but if you judge someone from a dating site - how can you start loving someone you haven't met. you either have to meet them all (=impossible) or you go after your preference - which can be stable income first and then how handsome they are or not or whatever...
Well they might start from looking on ones hobbies, interests... with those few little pieces you can build up a small image of personality. In all dating sites there should be no info about your job so first people will meet and see if they feel comfortable with each other and get to know each other better... if they feel great would it matter what job they have ? If the very first thing one looks is job... then that person will never feel love becouse all they care for is money. If there were sparks between 2 and then the guy said what job he does...would the sparks disappear instantly, its sad and it shows how much humans are slaves to the system. Many woman just read the color magazines with all the celebrities and just want to live on similar or even the same standards of life..but those are just dreams and when they wake up the reality will hit them hard.
Moreover, one of the girls said in the end it's the personality that matters. Of course they have to be in love or at least like each other. That's a given, it doesn't have to be spelled out.
Love may be the most important factor to a lot of people, me included, but thinking ahead and considering how a person might be based on their profile and impression is natural. A person may be charming and wonderful in many ways--- a person a great deal of people would fall in love with. But this person could also be a trainwreck when it came to debts, past relationships or what-have-you. Wanting your partner to have a stable economy, even if it'd not be the most important thing in the end, makes sense. 'sides. Plenty of people prefer traditional relationships. Maybe not me, maybe not the people going ¨but omg love¨ but if one does... I do not see why one would rant about love being the most important just because they'd want their partner to not be broke. It doesn't mean they're a so called gold-digger
I don't get all the hate those girls get because they want a husband that can actually support the family. Love is a nice thing, but it doesn't pay your bills, your children's hobbies or education. In Japan it's not that easy to have a career and be a mother at the same time, so they are just being smart.
There is money and money. They don't ask for a stable job, they ask for overpayed jobs. I agree that musician is not a stable job, but they ask more for IT, doctors, engineers etc. You can make a living out of an average salary. Torille tavataan
But they should grasp the reality too...not everyone can become IT or a doctor becouse some are born in poor countries that got raided many times during WW2 got destroyed all their country and everything stolen so for them to stand on feet again takes time. Other countries which are rich becouse those are the ones that did not suffer anything from WW2 and are the ones who did the raiding and stealing have easier becouse their normal salary is like 5-6x bigger then the one from the ones that got raided and all are doing the exact same job. Many might work their asses off but simply in their countries the minimal salary is very low compared to rich countries. For example would Germany be rich if they had to give instantly all refunds for all the dmgs they did to other countries durring ww2 and the same give back all personal belongings or money for those items via valuation that got stolen (all gold, jewlery, machines, art, paintings even animals ect). Many countries are rich becouse they didnt suffer dmgs from ww2 so their factories were not destroyed or robbed to the last bolt and were developing further. Its sad that people work very hard to earn money but other will say they dont earn enough and this will crush them becouse without it they wont get a girl becouse many just want money to buy not needed stuff. I hope that one day all money disappears so everyone will stand on the same footing so those who have a head on neck will be on top and it wouldnt matter where you were born.
+Zibi21 In my opinion, money is needed because if you want to buy something without money like food or something to drink... it'll be hard of course because someone has to work to make products. And no one wants to work for nothing. But I get your point, I just hope in the future, that humans wouldn't be THAT greedy, i mean those who have like a million... isn't that enough?
Yuta, the girl who grew up in Germany gave me an idea. You've already done a video about Western/Hafus who grew up/live in Japan. You could do now the opposite: Japanese/Hafus who grew up/live outside Japan!
Well...you could try asking your subscribers in your videos if any of them applies to this case, or perhaps going to some international event in Japan or even travel to Europe or somewhere else where there is a high chance of finding Japanese people...dunno...just tryin to help out giving some ideas. Person interviews are indeed much better!
Before you start talking about why these girls sound like gold diggers remember: these are dating profiles, you can't judge love from that. You can only really judge looks and money and interest when you don't actually meet a person. So these women aren't gold diggers. They can't just say: oh he looks like he would love me the most. That's ridiculous.
They're not gold diggers they are just being practical. Having a family is no joke and if they have to choose (like in this video where they were asked pick) between broke guy and rich guy of course they'll pick the rich guy.
A lot of negative comments on the girls (saying they are shallow, gold-diggers etc), but I wouldn't be so fast to jump to conclusions. They are looking at dating profiles. Without meeting the man of course they are going to rate on things like appearance and profession. It's pretty hard to gauge someones personality based on a couple of sentences attached to their dating profile, so of course they will pick them based on appearance and income, it's the only obvious metric they have available. It's not like the poor and/or ugly guys automatically have better personalities, so when given the option between 2 strangers of course they will always go for the good looking and/or wealthy one.
Have you ever used a dating app before? Women get so many requests it would make ZERO sense for them to chose somebody who didn't tick all of the right boxes immediately. In my experience, this is often how it works: Girl has hundreds of match requests Girl accepts the top 20% of wealthy and or handsome looking guys Guys message her and she filters out the ones who are just looking for a lay, or otherwise have an immediately unappealing personality. Girl now has a solid pool of wealthy, handsome, guys with at the very least, decent personalities. She can continue to message this pool of men to further determine their personalities, or meet them at her whim. That being said, men are no less shallow when it comes to dating apps. I guarantee the girl with the sexy profile pic but a completely blank description gets 100x more matches than the girl with a detailed description but no profile pic.
I think Japanese girls are smart. In my experience of living in Japan for 10 years, if they like a guy, they'll date him - money or no money, stable or not. But, most are pretty smart and will only continue the relations or become serious if the guy is stable and has money or a good job. Otherwise they tend to end it pretty quick. Maybe Japanese women expect to be house wives, not sugar mamas
Try sugar house mama, I lived in tokyo for 5 years. And most can't F&*k worth a damn either. Forget the av stuff guys, it's all scripted, dont to their squeekyness.
also in that group of 3 girls, the girl on the far left (white shirt) should be on camera more often. she knew how to work that mic. she also asked a lot of good questions.
@@darnylgaming4377 dude. its been like 6 years since this comment, and what i meant was honest. japanese women always use tatemae and they never say anything they actually mean, its so i thought it was nice that they were brutally honest for once.
lol @ all the beta orbiters crying about love, this is real like not one of your animes/movies. people want and need security. working hard is not enough if your not making anything
Exactly! Haha I think the guys in the comments are just mad that they wouldn't be seen as attractive to women that they probably found nice and attractive, because they can't find the stability that is necessary for life in general (regardless of the country).
Its easy for ppl to point the blame of their failures on others. You wont see them grow into anything anytime soon, plus the things girls want aren't even bad for you. Their actually good!
I don’t know why guys are mad women like money. That means you have a chance. If it were just looks you’d be extra screwed, and a marriage on money is more likely to last than one built on “love”
This video has taught me one thing; if I am ever asked by a woman what my profession is, I will straight up answer them "Sorry, but I'm not going to tell you". If there be any woman who cannot accept me first for who I am as a person and as a human being, such a woman will by no means have access to what I can offer them, or how I can benefit them, or how I can "add to their bank account". If there be any woman who are first concerned about their own agenda and how they can be benefited by someone, or what good things they can receive from someone, such a person should by no means consider themselves a part of my social circle. On the other hand, if there be any woman who does not mind my rejecting their question of what my profession is and actually cares to pay attention to my actions, what I do and life decisions, and thereafter finds interest in me as a person and human being, then I would be willing to share with that woman my profession for first showing consideration when it comes to actually getting to know me as an indidual rather than someone who is looking to be benefited and "receive" according to their own agenda. If or when I go to Japan to live and settle there, I will gladly turn down many woman who are like the formentioned, if many there be, in order to find the just the right person who actually cares about who I am as a person. Patience is worth it.
First of all, don't put words in my mouth. I never said anything about a "millionaire" and never implied anything of the sort nor did I try and make any appeal to "broke ass person(s)". I have nothing against stability nor did I say anything against it. If you can't see a person as "stable" based on the way they live and their life decisions, how the conduct themselves as a person and in society and everyday-living, then that's no one else's fault but yours for your own shortsightedness. A person who is marriage material can easily be seen just by getting to know them as a person before asking their occupation to further judge them. By the way, I only recall them using the word "stability" not "family". Watch from 6:47, they say "the best to add more money to your BANK ACCOUNT" and they all laughed and agreed. And they want on to say "he seems to be THE RICHEST out of ALL of them". It can be easily concluded that they were looking out for the "richest", and for a guy who could "stably" add money to "their (the woman's) bank account". I know we want to be nice and say "it's for family", but if you let your kindness blind you from BASIC OBSERVATION, you will not be able to see that they never even said or implied "for family". Their "bank account", "money", "the richest", and "stability" - these are what they make mention of. This can easily be paraphrased: "They want stable money in their bank accounts from the richest". They only look out for themselves and what they can "receive".
Again, simply based on basic observation, all you need to be more appealing to the majority of Japanese women is: know English and have money. (watch the video) Since I have both of these things, I'm sure I would be quite occupied if I so choose to use these qualities as a sort of "advantage". But I can tell you right now that's not who I am and I would be absolutely happy to even have wonderful friends if not a serious partner, not that I need to explain myself to some random youtube comment such as yours.
I find that Japanese both men and woman have a great way of expressing themselves. Maybe because they aren’t trying to be pretentious. They seems to be just speaking their mind with no fear of being criticized. Americans however are constantly being judged if they are not “politically correct”. Good interview.
Congrats! It was a interesting video, some reactions were kind of funny. Man I'm really happy that you got "Ají amarillo" and had done "Ají de gallina" (your spanish is getting better and by the way that's a peruvian dish).
So many comments here describe matters in terms of weighing "love" against "desire for money/a well-off partner". It's odd to me to think that these two criteria are necessarily independent. True, it's hard to believe that a guy's being rich could be among a girl's legitimate reasons for loving him. It's more credible as a reason for "pretending to love him". On the other hand, it seems completely reasonable to me if a guy's "being a responsible person" is among a girl's reasons for loving said guy; in particular, she may love about him that he makes responsible career choices. It seems to me that that could easily be how all the girls in the video think/feel about it.
Nice video! It would have been nice to have added a nickname for each guy instead of a pixelated pic in the final phase though, makes it easier to follow through. Something like "musician", "IT guy", etc. Otherwise, go on Yuta ! Your videos are awesome ! :)
And I thought I was stuck up. These few females do not represent the desires of what Japanese women all want, if so, then it's no wonder they're all single. But I get that they wanna be in the lavish lifestyle (nothing wrong with that), but to make things fair, you should've asked them what (w)could they contribute to a relationship. It looked like they were merely about money. $_$
If you're a woman, you're really smart for saying this, because this thing is really taken for granted by most women. I don't mind chasing and providing for a woman that I deem valuable.
Lots of people upset with either the content of the video or the comments, and I don't see many looking at it from the more obvious problem - compartmentalizing which people you would date, and which people you would marry. It's unfair to the person whose time you waste dating if they are more interested in marriage, and to the person who misses out on dating because they're only good enough for you when you decide to settle down with someone more stable. Try being honest with yourself and everyone else and just go with your end goal.
Stop judging these women. Money is an important factor, especially in big cities. For example they might not be attracted to a guy working in a supermarket because he can't get a mortgage and would take decades to save for a deposit even if he could. They would struggle to make ends meet, have some luxuries like holidays, dates out etc. Also he might be associated with someone less intelligent or even a drop out. So for women who are to bear children it's massively important. That supermarket worker perhaps won't be such a good role model for her kids. Might not see eye to eye on education. Might not be able to pay for the hobbies etc. Are you a man? I am too so we don't always see it the same way. One thing men need from women is respect. One thing a woman needs from a man is feeling loved. One thing a man needs from woman is sexual satisfaction. One thing a woman needs from a man is to feel financially stable. That isn't asking too much. They don't want an IT CEO just a guy working in an IT firm. By the way a supermarket job is honorable in my estimation.
Expectations are not high. They are flat out looking for the wrong things in a husband. After all, looks and money often disappear, and they will be left with the personality. Better make sure he is a good one.
Quite a few shallow answers, but the guys didn't seem to write a lot to give away too much about their personalities, so it's hard to make a proper judgment. I don't have a problem with someone looking at appearance and thinking "hey, they look attractive, I want to talk to them." It's that initial physical attraction that creates interest in getting to know the person behind the face. That only becomes a problem when a person is ONLY about appearance and/or money and doesn't care about character at all.
Thank you for the video! Maybe someday you could do the same kind of interview with japanese man to know what kind of thought they have about girls' profiles.
+That Japanese Man Yuta Well, you seem to have a pretty big shot with one of those girls.... A Japanese person that knows English well, knows a lot about other nations, as well as a reasonably stable job on RUclips (I hope) lol.
i'm really interested of what they think of different races. I'm sure they wouldn't say anything but i feel it might persuade their opinions. instead of just asking them about japanese and caucasions (the most common japanese women are seen with[at least by media]). put in an African American, Latino, Indian, etc. with the usual information and see what they say. that's what i'd like to see. i don't think i've ever seen it done before. I'd do it if I lived in Japan.
In the UK, I would date girls because of their opinions, their politics, the music they like, the books they read, etc. In Japan that becomes very difficult (and not only because of language issues).
Eastern Europe and Europe in general has the best system for both parents working. The parents share household chores and the grandparents help out with raising the children.
Why exactly are these women always talking about money when they are talking about these guys? Personally for me LOVE is the most important and I wouldnt care if the person is a musician, an IT-person or a teacher. By the way: You are dating a person FIRST and then you could marry someday, when you like him/her! in my opinion these girls are not realistic in terms of finding a boyfriend/husband for them! It just seems like they want high standards for themselves -_-
how about making their OWN life conformable instead of expecting an other person to do for themselves?! its very sexist end egoistic! Because of that I can understand people who dont want to marry!
They're looking at profiles and judging them according to their ideals, of course without an actual emotional connection or any real experience with their personality they wouldn't feel LOVE for any of these guys yet. The only things they can try to figure out from these profiles they were given is their physical attractiveness and if the apparent lifestyles match up with their ideals, and having or not having money is a significant part of your lifestyle. I really doubt any of these girls would talk as much about money and stability if they met someone through natural means and simply felt attracted to them as people.
Because people can afford to be choosy. They might want the type of relationship where they don't need to worry about their partners earnings, where they're equal in status rather than one being a tag along. It doesn't mean they don't value love it just means they have a filter to get the most out of it.
Look you have to remember it is a dating profile, its not like they have gone on dates with these people. Money/stability/attractivness/smart etc. are all traits they would like in their other half. I'm sure there are people who you would/wouldnt date because of certain traits you like/dislike. Also, its different when you are actually going out with that person, thats when you will know if you will have chemistary with them or not.
I like the video, it's just a little annoying that the images were censored because that ruined a bit about the part when they talked about appearance.
Everyone seems so desperate lol. If you can't handle being alone with yourself you can't expect a woman to fill that gap. Many of you act as if your value is determined by whether you appeal women or not. It's pathetic.
It's interesting to see the debate over whether or not they are being shallow by putting so much focus on money and career. It's a very pragmatic way of thinking when it comes to a relationship although it does strip a lot of the romance from it. It seems like a sort of compromise would be to have a dual-income household unless they were already factoring that in.
the 3 last girls are the most fun ^^ hey what about an experiment about what japanese girls choose ugly man with lot of money or handsome man with little/modest amount of money i'm really curious about what they think !
I feel like those people in the comments just recently learned from somewher that you can call women who want men's money "gold-diggers" and are grabbing the oportunity to use this new term
The term "gold-diggers" has been around for a while now and most everyone knows/has heard it frequently so that's kind of a bad point to criticize them on. Though I don't entirely agree with those calling the women in this video that though. The women here are just thinking of long-term relationships/marriage/sustainability and are very forward about it in this video. The interests are very much similar to those in the West but many of the men here have a more "fun/testing the waters" type of relationship in mind.
"I like to travel East Europe, whose people are very kind" "very kind" You sir, have mistaken the region you're talking about. The people there are the most unfriendly people I know.
I like how sincere they are, but also a bit worried how concerned they are about persons income. I mean... money makes the world go round, but love shouldnt be about income.
I love how people are like "GUISE! It's so not all about money!!! Look they said other stuff!!!!!" Yeah ok they mentioned other things but jesus christ if this wasn't extremely superficial. When they talk about money their faces light up like fireworks on a new years night. Not too mention the ending comments about putting fucking money into their damn bank accounts, these girls show less heart than a high-functioning sociopath. Imagine dating one of these women? You give them your heart and your life, then maybe you get fired? Well then? You're shit out of luck aren't you. What if you are that musician that is following his passion but doesn't quite have the salary at the moment? What if you're the nicest guy in the world? Who gives a fuck you don't have money. Not a fan of these women at all and thankfully they don't speak on behalf of all japanese women, but if my studies have produced any results it's that they're pretty damn close to the majority of japanese women.
guys judge on looks, girls judge on money. Living in japan isn't cheap. No girl wants to be the stupid one that married for love and got fucked over because her husband was a good for nothing piece of shit. Marrying someone without money can ruin your life. They are just being realistic.
Yuta I have an idea for your video. why not interview girls why they like to colour their hair rather than stay it black? other than social or popular preferences ofc.

"I like that he knows about ice cream and sweets."

I also think it's better, than only wanting looks. At least you can improve your job, many people can not improve their looks that much.

It doesn't mean they're a so called gold-digger
or just don't use dating sites lol
I don't get all the hate those girls get because they want a husband that can actually support the family. Love is a nice thing, but it doesn't pay your bills, your children's hobbies or education. In Japan it's not that easy to have a career and be a mother at the same time, so they are just being smart.
Wise words. The people here in the comment-section are even more close-minded than the Japanese people itself.
Good points guys. Also torilla tavataan hahaah
I might actually do that. The only problem would be I have to do it on Skype but I prefer in person interviews.
Have you ever stopped by Japanese police? Fill out the survey here: goo.gl/fMXu7E
best rice cooker?
I'm in america, so that's a rare occurrence here.
+MEXICO_MAN no ur in mexico
you know that méxico is in america, right?
You know that the japanese police rarely stop people in america in general if at all because they are usually in japan. Which is the joke.
Hypergamy doesn't care about race. It's universal
looool 3:05 Yuta with that witty pickup line. that was great
>I prefer Japenese guys who speak English.
>That would be me.
>haha yeah, whatever.
3:08 Yuta got rekt.
They're not gold diggers they are just being practical. Having a family is no joke and if they have to choose (like in this video where they were asked pick) between broke guy and rich guy of course they'll pick the rich guy.
WHO WOULD MARRY SOMEONE WHO IS BROKE?!
You can't have a wedding if you don't have any money, so: no.
Marrying broke people is for dooooooods!
Not even saying about wedding cost you cant buy condom without money 😂😂
"I want him to cook for me" don't know why that made me laugh😂, maybe bevause she was so direct about it
She was the best
In my experience, this is often how it works:
Girl has hundreds of match requests
Girl accepts the top 20% of wealthy and or handsome looking guys
Guys message her and she filters out the ones who are just looking for a lay, or otherwise have an immediately unappealing personality.
Maybe Japanese women expect to be house wives, not sugar mamas
so no sex then?
Try sugar house mama, I lived in tokyo for 5 years. And most can't F&*k worth a damn either. Forget the av stuff guys, it's all scripted, dont to their squeekyness.
is guy #4 Chris from abroadin Japan? lol jkjk
also in that group of 3 girls, the girl on the far left (white shirt) should be on camera more often. she knew how to work that mic. she also asked a lot of good questions.
xD
Even I was thinking the same..lol
Yup, And she knew english O_O 10/10
+Niki Horner definitely. She should be Yuta's video sidekick :D
this shows a whole side of japanese women that i absolutely love
when they get to talking, they really get into it!
So you’re cool that their gold diggers and gaijin hunters? 🤨
@@darnylgaming4377 dude. its been like 6 years since this comment, and what i meant was honest. japanese women always use tatemae and they never say anything they actually mean, its so i thought it was nice that they were brutally honest for once.
To Get Laid : First You Must Master The Art of Stable Financials and Good Looks *ART*
too much pressure
lol @ all the beta orbiters crying about love, this is real like not one of your animes/movies. people want and need security. working hard is not enough if your not making anything
Exactly! Haha I think the guys in the comments are just mad that they wouldn't be seen as attractive to women that they probably found nice and attractive, because they can't find the stability that is necessary for life in general (regardless of the country).
Agreed.
so true lmao
I feel as if they'd only pick me for my money. Shallow sloots
They don't want a millionaire. No one wants to marry a broke ass person who can't fund for a family. When it comes to marriage, it is about stability.
I hope you enjoy being alone.
In other words.... you don't have a stable career.
Yatta! Omedeshita gozaimasu..! I'm so glad you have this video page.. Well done JMY
3:08 really smooth Yuta, really smooth...
Right..right...she almost bought it...ho ho ho..naruhodo narohodo.
hahah, so fun! Knowing about ice cream and sweets should be the speciality. Loved the dark haired girl to the right in the group of 3 girls.
Why did you censor the photos? I can't make any judgment?
To respect their privacy I would presume.
Roxie ღ I asked that because itd be much more interesting if I can align my thoughts with Japanese women's.
First tip to align yourself, fuck that profile pic off ....
+boxratio What's wrong? I just broke up and I don't give care about your insult, ok? Leave me alone....
+EmoPrincess Hey, no insult.. you seemed to be asking for tips... i gave you one.
That girl from Shanghai is awesome. She really reminds of a girl I knew back in school, too.
3:09 Nice move Yuta. Smooth as butter.
So smooth with that girl, Yuta. This was a really fun video to watch, I'd like to see one where guys judge girls' profiles too.
"yeah, whatever" - poor yuta
Great way to start with a peruvian meal! Yuta you the man
Love don't pay the bills
i believe he meant the prostitutes show "love" to their clients to "pay their bills"
You can't buy love but you can rent it.
when you're not eating for one day all you think about is a delicious roasted chicken, not love.
It seems to me that that could easily be how all the girls in the video think/feel about it.
no but maybe you could instead of demanding a husband to it :)
Your English is impeccable!
Their expectations are too high.... Good looks and money? Do you look pretty yourself? And independent?
Glad someone said this. None of them were really what I would want to spend money on for the rest of my life.
Expectations are not high. They are flat out looking for the wrong things in a husband. After all, looks and money often disappear, and they will be left with the personality. Better make sure he is a good one.
This girl from shangai is genius! hahaha
Her accent is very cool *-*
Yuta just make a cooking channel already !!
I'm actually thinking about making cooking videos.
Would it be about Japanese food? Or are you interested in global cuisine?
Quite a few shallow answers, but the guys didn't seem to write a lot to give away too much about their personalities, so it's hard to make a proper judgment. I don't have a problem with someone looking at appearance and thinking "hey, they look attractive, I want to talk to them." It's that initial physical attraction that creates interest in getting to know the person behind the face. That only becomes a problem when a person is ONLY about appearance and/or money and doesn't care about character at all.
that profile from the britisch english teacher was cringe worthy
+Grey Fox it's funny that body noticed it.
That last line about teaching 1st Grade English to adults sounded entirely condescending and made me hate him :(
+Hatoko Yo exactly
The British teacher is secretly weeb.
Am I the only one that has them blurred?
I like the conversation they have among themselves. Cuteeeeee
try showing just the text and then hear what they have to say. then reveal the face and ask again what they think :p
maybe ask guys next? :D
Thank you for the video! Maybe someday you could do the same kind of interview with japanese man to know what kind of thought they have about girls' profiles.
Japonés is the spanish way of saying japanese so if you were going for that then yay!!!
I've been speaking a lot of Spanish lately so that must be why jajaja
+That Japanese Man Yuta Well, you seem to have a pretty big shot with one of those girls.... A Japanese person that knows English well, knows a lot about other nations, as well as a reasonably stable job on RUclips (I hope) lol.
+Boyles Back thanks LoL
i'm really interested of what they think of different races.
The girl saying " That's why I can't find a boyfriend ", can't you see Yuta is hitting on you? ("That would be me.") Come on, girl! hahaha
She has impossibly high standards. That's most likely why. Talk about an ego eh?
the group of 3 had a great dynamic^^
I'm gonna shift to IT now...
Post more often pls. EVERY day!
Japanese guuys judge girls dating profiles next :)))?
In the UK, I would date girls because of their opinions, their politics, the music they like, the books they read, etc. In Japan that becomes very difficult (and not only because of language issues).
“Gold diggers”
- People that don’t have money
Great video ---you got some really good reactions with this one!
Lmao reading the comments is a lot more fun than watching the video
Sir Nicodemus i wanna fucking die now. So many inconsiderate people
Eastern Europe and Europe in general has the best system for both parents working.
It just seems like they want high standards for themselves -_-
You answered your own question. Personally for YOU love is most important, but perhaps for these japanese women a stable career is more important?
how about making their OWN life conformable instead of expecting an other person to do for themselves?! its very sexist end egoistic!
5:34 "I will never get a boyfriend!"
Hold on, lovely! Coming to Japan right now!
Better be making six digits a year, then.
Mahtari Haha lmao
Yuta! your Spanish is pretty good!
Whelp.... looks like I'm not qualified for a relationship 😂
I like the woman holding the microphone!
So many beautiful women ❤😭😍
The group of three girls would probably be a lot of fun to hang out with! I love loud people!!
Having used tinder heavily in Japan, the most important things aren't actually money, it's being european, blonde hair blue eye and speaking english
Let's be blunt, Asian women love white guys, period, end of story.
@@kurtthecat3995 I'm black and I've had Japanese girls hit on me so it's not just white guys

"that would be me" wink wink
the 3 last girls are the most fun ^^
hey what about an experiment about what japanese girls choose
ugly man with lot of money or handsome man with little/modest amount of money
i'm really curious about what they think !
I feel like those people in the comments just recently learned from somewher that you can call women who want men's money "gold-diggers" and are grabbing the oportunity to use this new term
+Sanny Goosave I think they have a very shallow understanding of people in general.
I look forward to watching this comment get voted to the top.
Nice video, the girls are so friendly and comfortable on camera. Tchau-tchau is Brazilian greeting for bye bye hahaha Cooool 😃
"japanese women just think about money"
my gramma 1942-
That was more entertaining than I expected.
Yuta, no offense.. but I love your jaw line and chin. 👌👍
Thank you for this video Yuta.
No wonder the birthrate is low..
Maybe next time you can make a survey in countryside area. See how different their way of thinking with city people.
"I like to travel East Europe, whose people are very kind"
"very kind"
You sir, have mistaken the region you're talking about. The people there are the most unfriendly people I know.
The short girl in blue at 3:00 was super Kawai!!
So, money
I like how sincere they are, but also a bit worried how concerned they are about persons income. I mean... money makes the world go round, but love shouldnt be about income.
I love how people are like "GUISE! It's so not all about money!!! Look they said other stuff!!!!!"
Yeah ok they mentioned other things but jesus christ if this wasn't extremely superficial.
I don't make enough cash to date a Japanese girl it seems lmao
profiles can be decieving. its one thing to look and say, buy another to meet up and see how much of a person he really is
Omg the woman on the right at 1:06 is so beautiful! Now that's a woman to marry or be in a long term relationship
