    I slip up sometimes but I am trying my best. It’s difficult because it’s hard for us to understand how they can forget things so quickly and it seeems like they are gaslighting but they are not.

    I'm a carer with some of my hander residents say after evening meal I'll knock and say thankyou for wating lets get your rubs done now and we'll change into your pjs they normally say ok
