You did an excellent job.I don't know if the people of Tennesee realize how lucky they are to have a Sallumeria(italian Deli) such as yours.Your store is a direct store such as you would find in the large Italian neighborhoods in NY,N.Jersey.God Bless Bouna Pasqua
That was a great movie, loved it. Made me go out and order a timpano bowl as well. Mine's red. Great tip on the dough. Beautiful assembly, I'm sure that tasted fantastic! Looked absolutely gorgeous as you sliced it. Thanks for sharing!
I've done the version of this where you line the bowl w cooked penne and then fill up to the walls. Scariest moment OF MY LIFE was turning it out at the end. A rollicking fun project with friends who like to help in kitchen. (Very much enjoyed how homey your kitchen feels for being "professional.")
We have a new website that I have not yet learned how to work. Probably won't get to the recipe page till after new years. Sorry for the inconvenience.
@@cocositalian no not at all. Thank you for the heads up. I look forward to checking back after the holidays. Have a lovely holiday and happy New Year.

Heartfelt and nicely done - thx!
Looks amazing.
Great vid. Concise and informative.
Nice! But - you put it in the oven, sans foil, and it came out foil-covered?!
Is there any chance you could post the ingredients/measurements for the dough and filling as it’s not available on the link posted.

And now the Matador can dance with the blind shoemaker.
Thank you. Please stop the loud music.
Great vid! Cooking of the meatballs in that cold pan was such a fail.
They were already cooked, just showing how I like to brown them on the outside before I bake them. Good eye though.
Just for show
The green ring around those egg yolks. Poor tortured eggs :(
