Norway was never my first choice when I thought of moving abroad. I had a typical dream of moving to USA. But luckily for me, I got a chance of moving to Norway and I am amazed about this country. You get so much in here, and I want to share with you want I learned about Norway. In this video, I talk about my reasons why move to Norway. My reasons are based on the experiences of 7 years living in Norway and personal attitudes. Don't forget that different people enjoy and value different aspects of life abroad.

About security:
My sister had never locked the door to her house where she lived for 18 years.
And for those 18 years, nobody had entered her home and taken anything.
And then there was some people from Bosnia that moved in to the neighourhood, and 3 weeks later, most of her neighbours that also never had looked their doors have had people in their houses and then had things stolen.
And now they all lock their doors, but they all know who it is, and those people have been reported to the police, and one of them got to jail.
But they are stupid, they still live there, and because of that, they will never get a easy life in Norway, because all the neighours have frozen them out, and they tell all their friends about what kind of people they are. They probably believe they are more annonymous then they are, but half the town already know that they can not trust them.
One of the biggest mistake many foreign criminals do here in Norway, is that they do not know how transparent our community is and how easy we spot them, even if we might not do any immediate actions against them.
Having said that, fortunately most foreign people who moves to Norway are very welcome and honest people who just want a better life, and those people we love to help when we can do so. :)

I am afraid that without specialization and without the language, I would not have any chance to find a job there, correct me if I'm wrong.
But maybe you know of any jobs that I could do, maybe seasonal jobs in order to experience life in Norway ? (EU citizen)
I would love to come to work and live in Norway for a defined period of time to experience life there, say for six months there, or a year.
Let me know if you know of anything.
I am originally from Israel but I am also an EU citizen because of my ancestry. It would be a good time for me at this stage in life to do something like that.
