Norway is not a member of EU, therefore EU residency permit doesn’t cover Norway and you need work visa if you want to work in Norway. However, if you have passport from one of EU countries then it is a different story, but you still need to feel some forms before you come to Norway.

But there are couple of more things to consider, if you run your RUclips channel and pay for some software or other services, if your RUclips earnings are less than these expenses-> it is considered as hobby. Check your contract with university, if they have specified that any other job need to be approved with them ( to know what to do after RUclips moves from hobby to work status).

I have never seen any age restrictions (limitations) on the age side in Norwegian job descriptions.
