Took my friend out fishing for the first time in a long time. He had found himself a cool fishing rod combo kit on Amazon by Baikalbass. The version we're using is the 5' 9" in carbon fiber. It's lightweight and looks good. You can comfortably fish this rod all day or even carry it around in a backpack. But don't let the lightweight fool you. We slapped it together and put the rod to the test with a little catfishing.. which led to a BIG surprise ;)
