Keep in mind that 'Inferno Weapons' are not a special type of gear. Inferno is just the difficulty, and you don't get anything special from it. It just means you get the highest level weapons from that mission. So this mission he's showing, the highest level gear you'll get is still only like in the 50s. I think it's actually since been nerfed as the highest I'd get is like, level 40 or even 30 from this mission. Meanwhile, if you do inferno on the mission Machine Squad, you'll get like, level 80 weapons, if not higher.
Bell Idrael is correct. The higher the mission in the campaign tree progression, the higher the level of weapons as well (at least that was the same logic from EDF 2025 and 2017). Your difficulty level (i.e., Inferno) will also boost the weapons' level. Exactly what you get though, is completely RNG within that level range (and for the soldier class you play).
I started with "Preventing Landfall" and when I got enough good weapons, I went to "Death Queen", since its a very close to finish the game, you can get very good weapons, I got around lvl 90.. All you have to do is farm with a Wing Diver and any Thunder Bow or Eclat, once you get even better Thunder Bows, it will be easier.. I did with less than 250HP Wing Diver. You can also use another controller for Player 2 and farm other classes too.
For more class specific options. If you get your hands on the fire neried for AR you can float above all the ants on 26 and wipe the waves without even being mildly threatened (helicopters control like shi tho so it’s best to just try and stay still keeping yourself abt 6 feet off the ground so they can’t bite you) and for WD mission I think 75? It’s called death queens get the thunder Sniper 40 and just clear the tunnels in like 2 shots. Takes a while if the queens are bein bitchy and don’t get in range but usually with a good secondary like an idunn or a rapier if you’re feelin ballsy can clean em out in a couple mags and that mission consistently gives me new lvl 70-90s. Crimson is less consistent but that AR strategy literally cannot fail unless your too slow swapping into a new copter or you’re too dumb to keep it off the ground so if anyone still plays this game those are my tips 👍
Another method I just discovered is mission 75 “death queens.” I found out that higher mission levels have better chances for higher gear so it gives me lvl 70-90’s frequently With wing Diver get thunder sniper 40 and just any good backup weapon and the thunder sniper 40 will just clear the entire tunnels in a shot or two and play it safe at the end and wait to burst the queen down over time (best to bring an idunn just bc you’ll be somewhat far away) and for ranger I run volcanic napalm and a consistent dmg gun (was running a sparrow shot but anything for up close emergency use works. Usually you get one crowd clearer to do it all and a backup gun in case something manages to break through) I’ve been farming the last couple days and finally getting my lvl 60-90 weapons that I couldn’t get after literal weeks of farming this mission and 26 “Crimson” on inferno
I farm that mission on Inferno as a Ranger with the Lysander and a 20-multi lock missile launcher, and what I do is just get a bunch of the A.I. soldiers, take out all the flying drones with missiles, then just snipe the Hectors till each them drop dead. Then, until the next wave, I get all the loot and rest of the troops, then snipe the robots to lower their health before they reach the shore, then I kill them and loot them. Works wonders.
well if you want to get other weapons for other classes using wing diver you can just use split screen on go to the golden ants mission,but still good video :D
A good suggestion, but honestly I don't know many people who have the DLC required for that. I could still do a video on that, but I wanted to make a video everybody could use.
i mainly been using seeking lock-on weps to clear the air and the i help out the tanks and collect loot lol, been using a seeking luancher that doesnt hit hard initially but reloods really fast and using fenrir with wing diver, but air raider i think is hardest as rng has not been kind and i need to strap life vendors to my missile armored vehicle so it doesn't go down... but i had no idea i could just run to the back of the map which i might try but usually one or two of thos flying machines have been known to break off from the main group and follow me
bit late but does anyone know the in game differences between console and pc? coz on xbox one these guys die on inferno if i dont help them so i needed to build up to level 45 gear on hardest just to start on inferno

Does this work for 2025, am on xbox so 4.1 and onwards is a no go for me. Also I swear this early in the game, you wouldn't even get that much high level loot, did mission thirteen on inferno and highest wep I seen so far is 50

Vulcano B10 is going to spawn on these missions: Hard 60 - 89, Hardest 01 - 89, Inferno 01 - 89. This method should work to get you the B10. Take a look at this: weapon.edf.jpn.com/4-1/?p=r Change the language to english in the top left. This should give you a comprehensive list of where every weapon spawns if you have the "mission spawn info" button pressed.

idk if you still need this information. but crimson tide or crimson swarm (some name like that, it is about about level 30-40) has a swarm of red ants attack you on the beach. fun fact 1 - literally nothing on that level has a projectile weapon. fun fact 2 - you can fly into a tree with a wing diver (walk into it, jet pack up and tap forwards a lil bit) and be immune from damage fun fact 3 - the friendly AI can shoot down your tree so maybe kill the snipers near you right at the start of the map (also you can shoot your own tree) so you can farm up most things by doing that. If you do split screen coop your player one class will get the drops (even if they die at the start and you sit in the tree with a rapier and spam the ground near you and kill the ants)
