0:12 "miniature wench", that need lots of lube!! Actually, I think I've called some window regulators worse things than that.

How about using silicone and mixing the graphite powder they sell for lock cylinders in with it?

My Chevy Cruze window regulator clips were covered in a thick white grease and I'm not sure what kind of grease it was, I was thinking lithium grease or some kind of waterproofing stuff..... Any suggestions¿?

Spray will silicone. Get that spray in there with the red straw that comes with it. And clean the old grease off, then regrease it. Use a Q tip, it works perfect.

anybody know how that my wire on my regulator
it has come off the adapter that goes up and down the metal slider
and when i try put it on it doesnt reach ? how do i get it back on ?

I replaced the wire with fishing line and it's working .. for now. I think it might have been better to replace it with picture hanging wire (wire rated for a 100 LB mirror actually has a tensile strength near 150 LB), which would be less prone to either stretching or breaking.

Exactly WHERE do you get this lubrication kit? I don't see if listed on your website anywhere.

You can use Spray Graphite lube.
Its a bit messier, and leaves your hands black, but the spray tube feature is great for getting into the calbe housings. Excellent for lock barrels etc, when dryness is important.

Silicone lubricant 3M 0889 (dry type): is a good choice for lubricating your automobiles window tracks. This product has got better reviews. Consumers are much satisfied with its long lasting feature. It really provides flow in the car tracks, keeping away dirt and providing lubrication for long time once it is applied. One thing should be cared properly that it is being applied nicely so that it is reaching till the end parts of window tracks. Otherwise, tracks start jamming soon as its lower parts stay dry and do not offer much lubrication for the widows to move over the tracks.

So you want people to take the regulator out to lube it?

You can get to the critical parts of some of them while they are still in the door. The cables on my Hyundai run right under the plug that gives access to the glass fitting. Years ago, I had a slow window on an Olds 98, so I just squirted grease into the door in every direction until it started dripping out of the drain holes. That window was always the fastest from then on and that door stayed solid while some of the others rusted out.
