- This is an in depth owners overview of the newly updated 2024 Contender 24 sport.
At this point only 2 trips one to break in to 3 hours. I go over this process. Then a total strip to remove all mold waxes and road contaminants and detail using Jascar power lock on all smooth gelcoat surfaces and starbrite premium marine polish with PTF on all metal surfaces. have around 40 hours into the detail. Then took 5 hour break in cruise to Saint Augustine on the intercoastal waterway from Jacksonville Beach. With Yamaha F300NSB and auto pilot. Some minor modifications like 87” Minnkota trolling motor. 110 36 volt lithium battery Dakota few cup holders and outriggers.

Thanks for the feedback. Man like I said in the video it’s been awhile since a boat has impressed me like this one has so far. I’ve worked at dealerships and seen fished and owned several boats. This thing is sweet. I’ll be taking to the ocean on Monday. And will get some new running footage up soon. I can’t wait.

Do you think a 75" Garmin Trolling motor is long enough or would you recommend the 90"? How has that trolling motor mounting bracket held up?
I’ve only owner Minnkota and this breaker is still holding great with no issues.
Correction. Rear spreader lights are lumitec.
There’s no way I’d buy a new boat today! None! You lose enough money moving from boat to boat without buying new. Buy uses and re power! If ya know ya know.
Done that several times. There’s good and bad that come with both.

Frog toggs there’s there type and three colors. Got them from bass pro and Amazon to get them all 3 grey.

159 with trailer pre trade pre tax. Then I had my own trolling motor. Show price at time of purchase was 143,887 with trailer before mods.
Taking to the ocean Monday. Will be adding some footage soon. As there really seems to not be much out there.
