    I prefer a touchpad with buttons. First i like the feel of a button compared to much harder and mushier clicks on the touchpad itself. Also, some touchpads get confused when you try to click and navigate at the same time (e.g. games) and shut off the touchpad for a moment. I know the looks of a bigger touchpad is nicer, but for me, I like buttons.

      Same. Honestly I never understood why modern laptops nowadays have buttonless trackpads. They are just terrible. I always had a terrible time right clicking with such trackpads.

    Great review. i'm really thinking about buying the latitude 7390, is it like the same with 7300 or is there a difference between them ?

    • @BsianTech
      @BsianTech  4 года назад +6

      Hi ZAKARIA AHMIDOUCH, the Dell Latitude 7390 is the 2018 model and the Latitude 7300 is 2019 model. The one thing the 7390 has over the 7300 is that it still has the RJ45 ethernet network port built-in still. As for the processor its interesting one, the 7390 i5 is the 7th Gen Intel where as the 7300 is the 8th Gen, and as for the i7 they both 8th Gen Intel but the 7300 is the quicker one still. As for keyboard wise there was a newer keyboard and I do perfer it over the 7390, both are fine though. I hope that helps deciding.

    Love your channel! 60 fps vid is nice. I think you might want to upgrade the lighting though, something brighter and more natural like Dave2D or Windows Central channel maybe.

      Hi Ian Ccc, welcome to my videos, thanks for the feedback. I would love to do something like those two channels you mention and slowly working on that for brighter more interesting lighting unfortunately I have to hide the mess as my little area I have set up as the studio shares a lot of storage space with my toddler's stuff. If I ever share a photo of what's left and right of frame of the video you be having a good laugh =).

    Thanks so much for this! They’re asking me to choose between these two as my equipment at work, and your video helped a lot in deciding. Although, I hope you publish a newer version of this with the updated specs (for example, I think the keyboard in the new Macbook Pro is now backlit magic keyboard).
    Thanks again! 🙇🏻‍♀️

I personally run a DIY desktop and just retired my 2009 macbook pro two years ago for the desktop. Since I stop gaming many years ago I haven't had need to upgrade computer every year just when parts break down. I try to be less wasteful nowdays.

    Please tell me which can do a better job to run heavy applications like video editing, android studio, photo shop etc and which is better lat 7300 or 7400. Also let me know is latitude 9000 available now? Thank you very much

    • @BsianTech
      @BsianTech  4 года назад +2

      Hi Sai sambhu Medapati, personally you will find the MacBook Pro have a slightly higher clock speed processor but you will be paying a lot more in price for it, also the macbook Pro do have discrete graphics which does help with video editing and photo shop where as the Dell Latitude 7 series laptop don't but again there is a big price difference for the graphics. If you get the non discrete graphics of the Macbook Pro then price wise better bang for the buck is the Latitude 7 series, also the keyboard is way way better in the latitude than the macbook pro. As for which is better 7300 vs 7400 I would personally say the 7300 overall somehow the 7300 and the 7310 have more stability over it's bigger brother 7400 and 7410. I have just got the new Latitude 9510 in my hands right now and I can tell you it's a very different product compare to the 7 series latitude it's way more premium for sure, even more premium than the macbook pro. I will be putting my review up for the 9510 soon.

      @@alikedjar6053 one thing most people don't know is that most laptop batteries are really rated for 2years lifespan. It's also one of the reason why extended warranty by manufacturer for battery run a different course usually maxing out at 3 years warranty where as the other components can go to 5 years. If you take this into account on the age of the laptop which you brought. Bare in mind I have come across many laptops daily which are 6-8years yet their batteries still work but normally for 10-30mins. When I test the laptops they brand new right out of the box. I hope that helps gives a little insight.
