nice work. Latst one I madae was maybe 30 plus years ago. I need one with adjustable offset sleeves, but nonobdy had one for my bike. I drew them out in autocadd then cam so then made them on the mills and lathe for the stem. Glad to see someone doing this. Keep up the good work.
Do you have a video of doing the 3 d printed version and how or what software u used to draw the trees out on thank I have a buddy that has a 3 d printer but it’s all new to us any help would be great awesome work Chris
Hey Chris! i'm from Brazil and was thinking print a top clamp to my Motorcycle (CB500 98) If i print on ABS (a solid piece with 40-50% infill) with only 3 holes (the forks and the center Nut). Do you think the ABS it's strong enough to this? The Bottom clamp and forks is originals)

Great, was always wondering what to do with these big Chinese hobby mills. Great application and positive vid
Massive job ahead mate....
You can do it !
Just found you. Looks really cool. Subbed and now off to watch part 2 :)
This is very cool. I can’t believe a cnc shop would charge so much since you did all the pre work

Just found your channel, and subbed, nice work on the Triple clamp, I'm just about to make one myself, so thanks for the tips
Best wishes Ralfy
Thanks for the sub! Good luck on your projects!!
Can you give us the cad file of the model please? Or the drawing itself it's good the same
Please share the dimensions and design of the clamp
Please material 6061 is sufficient for triple clamp?
What waas the Alu you used ?
This is awesome dude, greeat work. I have a set designed on CAD that I need to get my ass in gear to get machined.
My entire mill and tooling setup cost less than the cheapest quote I got to have someone else make this part lol.
Please, where can I find the drawing for the upper triple tree on the GSX-S 1000 2016 and GSX-R 1000 2009 ? Thanks
No idea. Much of the work in making this part was accurately measuring the stock part.
@@chris-builds Well thank you. Which dimensions are needed? Do you have a drawing for inspiration?
Where did you get the dimensions for motogadget lights
They have them on their website. I also had one to measure.
Nice vids. How have the parts gone? Any issues? Any useful experiences?
Just fine. No issues. They’re overbuilt if anything.
Nice work man! Did you use some special kind of aluminum? Or just regular grade?
Just 6061.
Subbed!

No I do not. I only used 3D printing to prototype the piece I eventually machined from aluminum later in this series.
@@chris-builds yeah, o saw all the serie! Hahahahahaa
And congreats! Its awesome!
Thanks for the aws
