Jsyk, I have a six-month old pair of Arctis 9X that have had what could be classed as light use, have been looked after (because they are not cheap), have been paired to just one console, and have never left the room that they sit in. After two weeks of no use, the chat mix control is broken, only plays either ‘game muted’ or ‘chat and game at full volume’ and sound like everyone is talking through tin cans. For no reason. One session worked fine, next session, broken audio. Even after the recommendations for resetting everything, checking other devices, etc. nothing but £5 sound. SteelSeries have a godawful customer service ticket system, slow responses, and a ‘turn it off and back on again’ troubleshooting approach. I have submitted a ticket again, after no response within the five days that the site states, but I am not holding out hope (go look up SS customer service reviews...) Licensing is not partnering. This headset has major problems: Sound needs more volume, more bass. The No Auto Poweroff sucks. You're gonna feel like it's 2005 a LOT. There are many complaints about how it disconnects, and they are accurate. The fix is: Turn off all Bluetooth items nearby? Are you f#^&ing kidding me??!! For $200??? Arctis clearly spent all their money on licensing. Mic will have to be RIGHT ON YOUR MOUTH to hear your own voice in your ear (yes, sensitivity is turned up to max, and I got a loud voice) The customization on the equalizer is utter garbage. If you change anything away from flatline, the volume DROPS, and that's bad. This review didn't talk enough about the major issues - esp the connectivity one, the dealbreaker - plaguing this headset. Too many little issues for the money.

Licensing is not partnering. This headset has major problems:
Sound needs more volume, more bass.
Mic will have to be RIGHT ON YOUR MOUTH to hear your own voice in your ear (yes, sensitivity is turned up to max, and I got a loud voice)
The customization on the equalizer is utter garbage. If you change anything away from flatline, the volume DROPS, and that's bad.
This review didn't talk enough about the major issues - esp the connectivity one, the dealbreaker - plaguing this headset.
Too many little issues for the money.
Why i don’t get a good and clear sound quality in warzone? All im hearing is like a radio quality while in game, Im using the same one as yours and connected it to Bluetooth in my pc
He was mistaken about gaming on PC using Bluetooth. You will need the Xbox Wireless adapter to game on PC. The Bluetooth will use the communication device sound output and the audio will be crap.
I can’t get mine to connect to my pc. I bought that adpater too
great video quality
@HotshotTek: What do you think: is it the best real wireless-headset for smartphones? I am talking about playing COD Mobile and talking to my teammates and friends. Thanks for an answer and awesome video! :-)
