Empaths are the embodiment of the highest expressions in humanity. Sociopaths & narcissists are deeply traumatized empaths, scoring high on the psychopathy spectrum to become secondary psychopaths. We are born empathic or psychopathic & one will spend it's lifetime destroying the other. Many are reduced to hungry ghosts feeding off energy no longer accessible, without a host.

Being around an empath won’t trigger your fight/flight, give you adrenal fatigue and autoimmune where narcissist will. Even though it might be same core wound, narcissist in the end will win because the empath ends up sick or dead if they don’t figure it out while narcissist has fine life. Equal wounds, but unequal outcomes for sure.

    • @EagleOxford
      @EagleOxford Месяц назад +3

It is only this way because our world is sick.
If people were helping the helpers, it would not be this way.
If we did not tell our most beautiful and perfect persons to stop being so wonderful, and be a little more horrible(toughen up), so that they aren't taken advantage of by horrible people, it would not be this way.
Why do we capitulate to the narcissists, worsening our best because of them, instead of making the narcissists leave our precious perfect ones Alone.
We are pushing our society down the drain. Making everyone be worse and worse so they won't be harmed by the worst of us, but soon they too will be the worst of us, because we refuse to allow people to be generous and kind by Defending Them instead of Tainting Them.
A bit of shadow does not hide you from the darkness.

If you were a narc would you be attracted to some selfish mean jerk like yourself or a kind and giving person??
I was raised by a narc parent and married another.
I am not changing who I am. I will just be more cautious with whom I share my space with, but narcs are unapologetically who they are, and so am I.
I do not control who is attracted to me, I only control who I decide to give my time, love & energy to.

It's such a hard lesson. I'm teaching myself to feel more "sober" and neutral around other people, ESPECIALLY when I like them or feel attracted to them. I force myself to stay in my own frame and in my own lane. It's super uncomfortable, but I'm getting used to it, and it feels like I'm regaining more peace, more objectivity, more balance, more energy to focus on other stuff. The women's behaviors that used to trigger me so much in the past don't disturb me as much anymore because i'm learning to integrate a bit of their intrinsic qualities (that i was clearly lacking). And it feels good, to be honest, to learn to be a bit more self-empowered.

Much of your words in this video resonates with my lived experiences. I think as empaths we give a lot of our energy to the point of depletion. I think this is a very difficult lesson to learn. To protect your energy and not let others deplete you. 2024 was a turning point for me and I had to cut ties with people who meant a lot to me but depleted my energy. I lost love and friendships. It is the most challenging experience to live through and you do not heal overnight. It is ongoing and there are so many highs and lows on the path to healing.

It’s very true that overgivers are selfish. I don’t think I’ve ever met a people pleaser that was doing it purely from the kindness of their heart. All of them that I know, only do it because they expect the same thing back. Of course they wouldn’t admit it, but the expectation is absolutely there.

I hear what ur saying. But I can vouch for the fact that that's not true in every case. I looked after my narcissistic mother for 11 years before she passed at 93. It broke me ! But I did it cause she was my mother, I loved her and couldn't bear to put her in a nursing home that would've broken her heart and also the possibility of her being abused in the home which sometimes happens. I didn't expect the treatment I got from her, I didn't understand it at the time but then I learned about narcissistic behaviour and realised what was going on - at the very end. Could I have walked away - yes, but how do u abandon ur own mother. So when ur in that situation it's not always black and white where u can just walk away. And trust me I certainly got nothing out of it only ill health physically and mentally. I'm a lot better now thanks to RUclips including Aarons teachings. I'm not having a go or anything but just saying.

      @@miriamroche671A caregiver often doesn't
choose to be an over giver. Sometimes a person you love is ill, needs care, and as you pointed out ,you don't want to put them in a care home..... ( featuring people who often DO NOT CARE).
Also,if they are ill,you don't know HOW LONG they will be alive.
If they become even more narcissistic, leaving them when they are old and ill is not something I could do.
Leaving a blatant narcissist who is NOT ill, after you find out about narcissists and your own empathic nature,IS feasible.
Yeh,being a caregiver doesn't give you gold stars in the " I am so giving" department.
Everyone I know who has been the caregiver suffers because they are not 'cheerful' enough about it.

⚖️ It blows my mind when people say they’re attracted to narcissists.
⚖️ Well for a start it’s RUDE to go to someone’s fridge and just take cans of drink without asking.
When I go round someone’s house I wait to be offered a drink or if it was hours or I was really gasping of thirst I’d ask for some water.
I’m glad I have ‘manners’ and most importantly
‘empathy’ and I’m not at all resonating or attracted to unhealthy dynamics.
It is very rude and wasteful to be a friend who behaves in that inconsiderate and lack of regard manner, it is a taking energy.
Also I as an empath don’t have an interest in Narcissists, I don’t need a ‘shitty persons approval’ when I can have the approval of a divine soul. (I mean come on where’s your self worth at?)
I wouldn’t even entertain or get something from being around a dark energy as I’m not into them, I avoid like the plague.
I’m not into the dirty pay off thing of having a narcissists approval because I would not even want to associate. BECAUSE I know I’d rather not be around or associate myself with shitty manipulative dark energy who I have nothing in common with and all superficial connection is not worth having or being around.
I relate to energies that feel aligned with my beingness
I resonate being around genuine sincere kind hearted that resonates and can relate with my soul.
Coming from an Empowered Empath that’s been through a lot and dealt with a lot, I won’t even associate with energies that are not worthy of my time. If they’re not mutually an authentic soul who has integrity and a mutually heart centred nature, they most certainly don’t get to have my presence in their life because I’m strong and grounded in my core values and self worth.
    Cheers to encouraging EMPOWERED EMPATHS

I think the difference between a narcissist and an empath can be both big and small. Sometimes the only difference is the empathy and the entitlement to treat people badly. Especially if there's trauma, that's when the difference is smaller I believe. I think that narcissists and empaths understand each other in this case, they see the wounds in each other and therefore a connection. Just like when empaths are drawn to other empaths. Even if it's less toxic (hopefully not toxic at all).

It's to balance yourself out. I couldn't leave him for me, but I had the epiphany that as an empath I wasn't just feeling what others feel as if they were my own feelings but i was also projecting my own feelings on (as a star seed) a much larger scale than most people. The abusive narcissist made me feel helpless, worthless, degraded, etc. The next time i was intimate with him, i told his higher/lower self (through telepathy) "you cannot use me to hurt others ever again" and the universe provided me a door to leave him 3 days later. 4 years later, i am finally going through counseling to enstill more self respect to open up my respectability.

    Humans are uniquely different.
Using time is easy, maybe difficult. The fact is, that I have no influence on time, which by itself continuously passes effortlessly. But the essence of, what is created over time, is for me decisive for whether I made sense of it, before it runs out. Time is a limited currency, make the best of with it.

My question what is even “nice” and “mean” Be careful and safe in this world 🌎 a lot of these people probably were supposed to stay/be in prison or a reform program. Most people in rehabs, nurses, hair dressers, tattoo artists. I would judge these people there’s some truth to all of it I think with these types. Maybe not to the extreme but there is some truths to these types of people that have strong violent tendencies towards others. Whether it’s gossip or physical or psychological. Unfortunately some of us are related but I do not want to be associated it’s brought a lot of bad experiences, people and drama that’s really scary. Even when they have calmed down it’s not pleasant recovering from them. And it’s too extreme that therapists etc will report them as abuse and sometimes it’s too late to do anything about any of it. Do any of us really know. Is it extreme immaturity? No one knows 🙏

Wow, I had to pause, because your example is so dead on, it's crazy!!!! My best friend owned a huge 2 million dollar home, people were always coming and hanging out, and we would gripe about who left there half drunken sodas everywhere, but as " I was earning my keep" for getting to stay there part time, and live. Usually by doing a ton of dishes, or something like dishes, mopping floor etc, I was like" man! I wish I could just come here, enjoy it and leave, not caring really about helping out or whatever, but just be enjoying myself so much, that I forgot my soda, or be in the frame of mind of, not asking if I needed help with doing dishes, like so many NEVER asked me!!!! My best friend died, her husband died, and they were both lazy and sick before they passed. Guess who took care of them, and the home before? And now I have nothing, I spent years caring for them, that my own life suffered and still is. I just watched my first video of yours today! And omg! Thank you! I mean! Really! Thank you! After one video you have changed my life, when all I wanted to do was sit and wonder why everyone hates me! And I have to be alone! Wow! I can't wait to learn more from you! Thank you. Nothing else has worked since my friends died, and I had to leave my huge part time home,to come back to my small house, small town, and no friends.

W are both feeding of each other. I don't need to validation from a taker I am enough and worth of a true worthy connection.🙂

Difficult conversation, but totally needed. I was thinking about that and lots of videos accusing others to be narcisist, and how to acknowledge that, and inside of me I was thinking.... That's not what I want to know. I know better off this... I know that the outside is a reflection from inside.... So its my consciousness awareness... thanks Aaron. ❤❤

I learned in Psychology 101 that Altruism doesn't exist. Everyone is receiving a payoff.
I disagree that the Empath are on the same vibration as the Narcissist.
For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction" is a statement describing Newton's Third Law of Motion which essentially means that when one object exerts a force on another object, the second object exerts an equal and opposite force back on the first object.
Narcissists & Empaths both run down the same family trees. This is why they attract. The Empath marries a replica of their Narcissist parent. The Narcissist marries a replica of their Empath parent.
Since they attract, they often marry & have children. The children energetically copy 1 of the 2 roles.
    Always a scapegoat & a golden child.
    ❤❤❤❤ Good info Aaron.

We were conditioned to give and not to get.
That we don’t give to get. Then manifest emotionally unavailable takers.
That eventually reveal the need for our own self care and love. Which applies to both parties unhealed aspects.
    Equal and opposite

I want to note there are many people that can not support others or strangely are Never able to give others a compliment .( I suspect Jealously and insecurity ) I think this is due to their own low self esteem , although possibly not apparent. They will not make another feel good or show support , since it takes the spot light off them selves . They do know you are also worthy of praise ..but they cant give that power over to someone with out feeling at some loss . My thinking is sharing good will and compliments , generally gives you more back than anything it gives others .

I'm trying to retrain myself to practice the art of not doing whenever possible. We are trained to see just two ways, giving or taking, good or bad, right or wrong. But there is good and bad in both sides.
Not doing would be to react to a compliment not with rejection and not with acceptance, but with a look and a smile. Acknowledgement, but no action or reaction. So nobody can manipulate you with an artificial compliment to trigger a reaction, nobody would feel rejected, when you deflect, you receive without taking.
It's hard to do, the whole world thinks in pairs, but it is possible and so much better, at least for me. 😁

I think another reason why empaths attract narcissists is because many of us come from narcissistic family constellations.
I once went to a family constellation event where the facilitators tune into the person's energy field and start playing characters association with the family constellation.
I think narcissists can sense the narcissistic energy within the empath's energy. It feels compelling to them. And they start acting out the narcissistic stories carried by the empath.
How our emotions move and cycle in our lives is largely due to epigenetics.
There is a lot of evidence for this in books like It DIdnt Start With You by Mark Wolynn.
So yes, there might be this part of us that empaths try to deny.
But I think that empaths are trying separate themselves from the toxic family constellation, how their emotions move, which is largely inherited from the family.

Today I realized that as a giver. I chase narcissista becauee focusing on them is easier then focusing on myself.
I give love compassion to others super hard to give it to myself. I can do it here and there for a minute but I cant do it consistently. .I hope by giving that someone else will be responsible to give to me, to make me feel worthy

I wouldn't say they occupy the opposite energy cause ultimately Gods creative energy is positive, eventually. What I would say is that they occupy opposite frequencies . Empaths live almost exclusively out of the first energy center and Narcissists live out of the third center. This is why the second center and sexuality is the only frequency they can meet at or in creative venture together, I have seen this in business deals with covert Narcs.
Dr. Joe Dispenza speaks that a bond can only be created between two individuals who share the same thoughts and emotional root similar frequency Even if the top of is opposite of the others. The only thing that can break this unhealthy bond of stuck energy to build something more beautiful is the fruits of the spirit, discipline, love, compassion, wholeness in our creator.

It is important to know the very first intention and motivation and even point of view, as soon as there are thousand other thoughts as a reaction to this very thought. In such a case you are never gonna have your own thought. Of course there are blind spots and noone says that authentic self is not the one with light and shadow. Somehow. Thank you

Everyone is a trigger now and then. Whether they want it or not. It is what it is. This is not the reason to never have their own thought or intuition. Somehow.
