OMG it would look so cute to have a photo cut-out (laminated / resin) statue of a child in a raincoat, in a jumping pose, placed in the center of that splash!! I am definitely doing that!!
That’s such a cute idea!!! I’ve been brainstorming what kinds of things I could build to create the splash- if you make the kid in the raincoat I’d love for you to tag me so I can see!!
Wow! I absolutely love how this came out! I can’t wait to try this technique myself. Hello, from Beth in New Jersey, USA!
Hello from the other side of the world!! If you do try it yourself I’d love to see pics 💜💜
Love the moons. Thats sweet.I really do need to give this a go.
If you do, I’d love to see it! 💙
Decorating a mirror is a project I could really see myself doing! 😊
Heck yes, do it!!
That's is amazing.
❤ I love the resin splash idea, have had alot of ideas for water sculpts, but no idea how to structure a splasheffect other then using a cut up plastic cup or something clear. The yellow flower at the end fell off the vine, or somebody is picking it 😄
love how this turned out! new sub
Bloody GREAT idea 👏👏👏👏❤️❤️❤️❤️
Thankyou so much 💜💜
New subscriber here love. I freaking loved this. Super excited to c more. Omgoodness nicely done my friend. Tfs 😊. 😍
Thankyou so much, happy to have you 💛💛 it’s gonna be a chill video next week with some painting but I’m very keen to jump back into UV resin soon xx
Girl! This is BRILLIANT! 💕💕
New sub, happy to find you! I'm looking forward to watching your channel grow and see what you create!
Very very cool. Thanks for sharing ❤
So beautiful, so many pretty elements 🌹
Thankyou ❤️❤️ so ready to make more, maybe in different colours 🌈
New subscriber here. Based on this video alone I can see you have great ideas with resin and other media. Great job❤
Thankyou so much! Honestly I’d make resin videos every week if I could but I’ve got a lot of art supplies to get through 😂 I do have more resin coming soon though 💙
WOW that is flipping awesome. New subscriber here x
Thankyou so much!! That means a lot 💙💙 let me know what you’d wanna see from me in future vids 🌈
I love this so much! I can’t believe how the resin reacted with the UV, so fascinating to watch😮
Might be a stretch but that would also be a cool vase idea…not sure it would be watertight but still!😂
Forgot to mention my favourite number is….27 😉
I’ve gotta sort out a better angle to film that UV resin from so we can get hella heckin super up close because it’s honestly?? Like magic?? Watching it freeze in place ❄️
So freaking cute! I was wondering the best way to do this, and you’ve answered that perfectly. Thanks!! Also, 23!😊
If you try it yourself I’d love to see your version!!
Super creative!
Thankyou so much 💙💙
Tips on spray painting:
Sand then prime the item. Shake the can for about 2 minutes. Spray 6-12 inches from the object. Use light, even strokes from side to side in one smooth motion. Don't start or stop spraying directly onto the object.
Thanks babe, the problem really is that can of spray paint! Every other can sprays fine and I’ve gone through heaps of cans from the same brand without any problems.
So anytime I need something textured I just use that one dodgy can of white xx
@cosm0claws Ah, glad you could find the problem. 👍

Howdy neighbour from another Brisbanite (Logan area in fact!), resin artist! 47
This (or these two videos joined together with resin are, then card painting?) came up on my feed and I'm pretty stoked that I clicked on it. I love your creativity; the splash turned out bloody awesome and I was very amused by the cards, well more amused by the way you presented them, but amused none-the-less. 47
You have another subscriber here who is about to go take a look at your other videos and who is looking forward to what's to come. 47
Oh, by the way ... 47 is the way to go!
Much love, Nat. ❤❤❤
Ya know… for some reason I keep thinking of the number 47… I wonder why that is 😂
Hello!! Lovely to meet another Brisbanite! I do a card painting video at the end of all my vids but then end up being the same length as each other lol
Next video will be up on April 11! 💛💛
@@cosm0claws I shall be waiting for it!! x0x
Amazing I have to try this. Would you mind if I do so on film? Making sure to credit you of course
Absolutely, please do!! Let me know if you’ve got any questions & id love to see your end result 💙💙
I LOVE this idea! 😊❤
Have u tried adding a teeny drop of clear glue to UV Resin to make it thicker, then tried adding the thicker resin/uv light to the upside down splash piece?
No I haven’t! I didn’t know you could add glue to resin 👀 if I need thicker pieces I’ll consider it 😊
@@cosm0claws Daniel Cooper here on YT does some amazing experiments with resin etc…he tested this out. Check him out for better info…1 very little droplet in about 10ml resin stir until it gets thicker…he’s learned some tips and tricks to help reduce costs/expand uses of a variety of things…check out what he does with shampoo and uv resin! Amazing! I’m not affiliated with him just a novice learning still! ☺️💕💕💕 I really think it could help with your splash effect although it didn’t need it!
The problem with the spray painting is that you are too close. You spray from farther away...pass over the pieces one way...then the other...back and forth over and over...until they are covered. Hope that helps!! 😊
Hi :) this particular can sprays like that regardless of how I do it! It’s just a dodgy can 💙💙
