I think the subject of this video was misleading, you kind of drifted away from the topic and talking about who is getting how much money and about distractions. I’ll try to help you with the answer. I think Jordan Love has proved enough last season that he is a new era QB, specially with the away games. He has adjusted well to different conditions, the communication within plays with the team/coach and seems like he is imposing his presence, doing an amazing job in showcasing the knowledge he gained by sitting behind Aaron Rodgers. And, not just that his core work ethic is strong, a hard working individual, that knows his game, and he is improving on daily basis. It is always going to be a gamble but looking at so many positives, he deserves a contract that will eventually help him feel that financial relief and give more confidence by rewarding his abilities. I would say not giving him a contract is a distraction in itself. Packers need to pay them asap. GO PACK GO!!!

As a Packer fan, I am not eager to throw the bag at a guy who played great for 1/2 the season. Everyone over looks how the NFL works. Last season defenses had very little film on Green Bay’s new offense. They had very little film on Love himself. Love played good but a lot of that was Matt’s offensive scheme. How many receivers were so wide open that Love could under throw the ball by ten yards and still get a completion for a touchdown. This season every defense is going to be studying the film of how the 49’ers shut Green Bay’s offense down in the second half. Love shouldn’t get paid until he proves himself this season. Love said himself that he doesn’t need to be Superman in this offense. So at least he doesn’t have to big a head.

Ummm he started the season with 8 tds and only 1 int, including a 17 point comeback victory vs the Saints. Unfortunately, by week 4, their 4 best offensive players were hurt and the entire offensestruggled for a 5 game stretch. It wasnt just Love playing bad. He was playing with the youngest team since 1970. As the young guys started figuring things out and the vets started to get healthy, Love and the offense balled out for the rest of the season. You haters need to stop perpetuating the "only half of a season" narrative.

Love wasn't exactly 'great all last year'. The entire first half of the season he looked like a bust.
Ummm he started the season with 8 tds and only 1 int, including a 17 point comeback victory vs the Saints. Unfortunately, by week 4, their 4 best offensive players were hurt and the entire offensestruggled for a 5 game stretch. It wasnt just Love playing bad. He was playing with the youngest team since 1970. As the young guys started figuring things out and the vets started to get healthy, Love and the offense balled out for the rest of the season. You haters need to stop perpetuating the "only half of a season" narrative.
