I keep coming back to your channel because when I do your workouts I actually feel like I can see and feel a difference in my muscle mass and yet the exercises you use are simple enough for me to truly follow along and not get lost in complicated movements.     I thought for it to be considered HiIIT , it must be faster and make you feel like you can barely breathe for 20 to 30 second increments.

      yeah if you can keep conversation its not quite high intensity, good moderate intensity exercise talking with a friend can be more fun!!
