Woke me up. It sounded like it was on my street but it was about 10 blocks away. It happens all summer long (sometimes in winter too) for the last 30 yrs.
Can we ban fireworks in cleveland? People always do it in the middle of the night. I wonder if they intentionally do firworks and actually shoot guns during the night to keep the rent low.
