    I think it might be just a case of more open string pattern not the stiffness. For example Wilson Clash is probably one of the most string-wearable racket. It has a very low stiffness of 57 but a very wide and open 16x19 pattern. It just eats the strings.
    More open pattern (which is correct in the case of Tempo 298) wears off string bed way more quicker than more dense 16x19 in Artengo Control.

      Yes, this can play also a role. It's more dense on Artengo, but I don't think it is so noticeable. You have to really examine it closely to see the difference. But of course this also adds to the string movement for sure.

    Razor Soft is not that soft. It's a bit dead and less stiff, but not soft at all.

      I want to try the classic Razor Code at first. Maybe the Soft version feels just a little bit alive compared to standard one.

      4G is out of my budget. What is the Fire string? Right now I have for test at home Luxilon Eco Power, Eco Spin and Eco Rough.
