does the CPU have integrated graphics, that is the most important question, there is a completely different set of things to do depending on if it does or not
there are a few things that you could try you could try you could take out the cmoss battery (the penny battery on the motherboard) re seating the cpu, trying a different PCIE slot (gpu slot) or try a different motherboard I hope this helps.
I'm a crypto miner. This has been happening to three of my computers. However, I did the battery that did not work. I tried different gpu slots that did not work. I realized when I Uninstaller nvidia driver I no longer have the black screen. The screen boot up with Microsoft basic driver
@@lloydgarraway7568 Do you have another video cable? Try changing the cable, or connecting it to another monitor or TV, it could be a problem with the cable, if not with the monitor's analog board.

Once It happened I had a faulty displayport cable which caused a whole lot of weird issues

Bro, try removing the battery that is on the motherboard, if the board has a bug LED, or even a bug speaker, it can signal the problem more easily.
I did removed the battery but that did not work. Same issue

Great idea. I will connect it to another TV and see.

Let me get back at you with that info
