Superchips' Bluefin remap on an Automatic Audi A4 1.8TFSI (B8) 2008-2011 BEFORE: 160BHP/250Nm; 0-100KMPH in 9.5 secs AFTER: 205BHP/350Nm; 0-100KMPH in 7 secs
Thanks mate . Just want it to find out the overall concept of the bluefin chip . Not worrying about the fuel. That what the box says performance and fuel saving . Thanks mate I will be getting one next week ...
I have the same car as you Audi A4 1.8t petrol Does it save any fuel ? The video is great . Do you recommend the superchip bluefin ? Did you have any engine issues after installing the chip ? Many thanks
Good video, but a little worrying that on the bluefin run the Warning alert popped up. Was gonna order one then this made me think..... I have 140k miles on my Audi A4 full audi service history if that can cause you issues ... it may destroy my car ?
Which warning alert? Some component (don't remember the name) in my CVT transmission failed after installing this but I'm not entirely sure it's because of it...the car was 4 years old with barely 20k kms on it, so it's likely
I am seeing that the install was done just under a year ago. Could you tell me if there have been any issues with the engine since?Did you do any other upgrades prior to installing the bluefin remap?
Do you have problem with your automatic transssmiton..if you have cvt transmition! nice car

I'm not sure about the fuel saving. but the performance is so worth it...no engine problems to date
Do you have any issues with the bluefin and cvt gearbox? I heard there are issues with the 1.8tfsi and cvt gearbox with remaps?
Kenn Leong I had to replace my flywheel recently and its having some jerkiness ever since i got it replaced...maybe not a good idea after all :(

Do you have a manual gearbox or Multitronic (CVT)?
It's a cvt auto 😒..dont get manuals in india
fuck it really woke it up
Hmm I wonder if the flywheel issue was due to the bluefin?
Kenn Leong me too
Is that joppan driving?
nope...it's me!

No troubles at all...maybe because we don't drive the car much...it has done only a 16000kms in 4 years....no other upgrades...stock car
Wow very low mileage! Don't leave it parked up too much! Thanks for the feedback
Greig Cumbermack We use it everyday for around 3-4kms...it isnt parked up..
These will not effect the engine but they sure as hell will a clutch flywheel etc
Is this stage 1?
Yup
Would this chip work on a 2005 vw passat 1.8t?
And how much is it?
Nathan Gerzen I don't know about this chip, but there'll surely be some others that should work
Nathan Gerzen $550
jacobspeeds thanks. There are some out there. For $60-$200 but i don't know if i can trust the performance.
Nathan Gerzen I wouldn't trust something that cheap... Check out Apr, statis and giac tunes too
Can it be re-used??? or can only be used once?? i mean i want to buy it and post an ad online to start helping people REMAP their ECU ..
