The danger with some of that is the temptation to compromise the message for the sake of fitting in the world's style which pretty much defeats the purpose of needing to REPENT and turn from the world. God bless them though and other groups that feel led to produce music to minister to people. Unfortunately a lot of Christian groups today come from a God will bless you for following Him with MONEY and that's not what repentance was designed for. ;)
Did you forget Petra and The News Boys?? AWSOME Christian Rock Groups from back in the day!! Too bad K-Love (other than "Classic" online) ignores them today. K-Love listeners today would find these songs "new" to them....so why not??? Just mix some of these older songs in with the new.

I was a huge fan of Yes back in the 70’s. One day driving down the road with my Christian radio station on I heard this beautiful ballad and I knew in an instant Jon Anderson had to have been involved. This is such an incredibly talented and God-centered group. ♥️

I was a kid living in Florida at the time and whenever they had a concert close to Florida (like in Mobile, AL or something) my parents would take me. we even went to this thing at this Christian Radio station in Pensacola where i, my brother and sister got to meet them. we got to take a picture with them and in that picture (sadly i don't have it) Mark is holding my sister. It's a shame that I haven't listened to their music in a long time. :( interests change.
